The very slim stairs up to room 1 were slightly problematic and we had to get a member of staff help us, but we understand it's an old building.

Breakfast was excellent and the waitress was lovely, very helpful and faultless. The hotel was incredibly comfortable and easy to settle into. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay here was a good one. Rooms were excellent and amenities clean and tidy. The bar downstairs was nice for an afternoon drink. we didn't eat here as it was booked out the night we stayed so would recommend booking before you arrive if you intend on eating here.

Very noisy road but it didn’t spoil our trip.

Breakfast and staff excellent. It was very hot when we stayed and being on the top floor meant it was very stuffy indeed, but the Dyson fan in the room helped a lot!

    Nothing to dislike.

This was a really lovely stay. The Old New Inn is a beautiful old building, right near to the centre of beautiful Bourton on the Water. Our room was really lovely, very clean and with lovely period windows looking out over the ford across the way. The staff were super helpful, my wife wasn't feeling well on one of the nights and they were kind enough to make her some toast to take to her room for she could rest. A small gesture that was really appreciated. The Inn has a model village at the rear. A bit cliché you might say but well worth a visit, particularly as entry is free when you stay at the hotel. The models are exquisite and the level of detail is amazing. A lovely way to while away an hour or so. Bourton itself is so pretty. If anything it's too pretty for its own good as it's become a magnet for tourists and was super busy whilst we were there. I didn't mind that though, as there were lots of nice spots to people watch and dip your feet in the stream going through the centre. There are some nice pubs and restaurants too, we particularly enjoyed the rose tree. Overall, a great place for a couple of days exploring this part of the Cotswolds. Both the Inn and Bourton recommended.

If your room faces the road the traffic noise can be a bit noisy but not enough to keep you awake all night. It is an old building after all so wouldn't expect double glazing.

We have stayed here before. It's a beautiful old building with a modern luxurious interior. The staff are lovely the breakfast is delicious and it's in a great location.

We were in a room in the roof (second floor), I am 1.85 m tall, and had to sidle bent over to get around a desk when going from the bed to the bathroom and the door out. The stairs are narrow and steep, no trouble for me but could be hard for someone who is frail or unwell. It's an old building and that's what you should expect, but know whet you are booking.

Good location, and fun to visit the miniature village that belongs to the pub. The food was better than I expected from first sight of the menu. The scrambled eggs at breakfast is a good test of the kitchen, in this case they were excellent

Only two negatives - the pillows were too soft, I think they were filled with feathers. Foam would have been nicer. The other was the road noise, we slept very poorly due to the cars driving outside.

Breakfast room was beautiful as was the whole property. The bedroom was lovely and cute and had everything we needed. We were very impressed. Breakfast was delicious. Additional bonus having free entry into the miniature village.

The very narrow and steep stairs. It is an old Coach House, so they were expected. If you are at all infirm, a ground floor room would be a must.

Clean, fresh, fab food, lovely staff and a great location.
