Easy to find, clear check in, close to town centre, great vfm

There was nothing we didn't like - We didn't figure out the heating but it wasn't an issue as we were just happy to save the planet by not trying to make it work - also - I brought my recycling home as I couldn't figure the bins

This was all we needed - tidy compact and very easy to live in:-) we were able to park easy - easy walk to town - comfy beds - all very nice

We had a working holiday, and it was perfect for the dog walks and bike rides we fitted in around work. Good location for a short stroll into town. Property was warm with lots of hot water.

Could have been cleaner - multiple hairs in bathroom, personal post left out on side 10am is quite an early check up Had cafetière but no coffee

It was all good.

Location is great, nice and quiet and only 5-10 mins walk into town. It's an upside down cottage, full of character. And the people looking after the cottage were excellent to communicate with.

Everything was great, some decor a little tired, but would definitely come back!

Great location for centre of HB, easy to park up and take bags etc into house. Rooms cosy and perfect for self-catering, good facilities, comfy bed and sofa.

Bathroom very tight, bidet a hazard when getting in & out of bath/shower. Small bedroom very musty.

The sound insulation with the neighbouring terrace isn’t very good. I heard the neighbours music quite a bit, including in the main bedroom.

The location was great. It’s a quiet residential street within easy walking distance to town.

The Old Pie Shop is an upside down house meaning the bedrooms are downstairs and all the other amenities are on the upper level including the bathroom. Once you get used to that it's not a problem. The lounge didn't have a door or any covering on the door opening . This made the lounge draughty if sitting near the opening and I feel some type of covering curtain maybe. The kitchen could have more cooking trays and pans as we struggled to find enough to heat up our meals. These are a few little niggles that i found

The location was a little difficult to find due to the narrow roads and very tight turns into the side roads. However, we soon got used to the roads. The Old Pie Shop itself was exceptional clean and so comfortable, I especially like the recliner sofas which made me want one myself. There were little extras tea and coffee also jam and marmalades which I thought was a lovely touch. The beds were very comfortable, I had the double room which was very spacious and had a large television. Bedding was lovely and comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. My friend had the single room which could have done with some extra touches as there was no bedside table or bedside lamp. Haivng said that we would definitely stay there again.

The noisy dehumidifier outside the bedrooms. Check-in and out was very strict or an additional charge would have been made. Glad we didn't want it!

Quiet location with on street parking. Easy check-in. Easy short walk into the town centre. Simply furnished with the basics for a short stay.

The double bed was too small, a king size would of been better! Although, it was comfy!

The location was perfect, once I got my bearings, it was less then 15m walk to the train station, close to walking trails and the town centre.

Old beautiful building but as with old things looked worn in places, a lot of staining on sofas and floors, could use a stair gate/door in living room

The house was comfortable and clean and location was great as only a short walk to centre of Hebden.

The bedrooms are downstairs, which isn’t a problem at all - but the damp downstairs was really bad during the stay. This won’t have been helped by a lot of rain in the previous days / during the stay, but Hebden gets a lot of rain so will likely be a common problem. This could be overcome by having a dehumidifier downstairs.

Great location, no problem with parking outside property. Great kitchen with everything you needed in there.
