Beautifully presented and immaculately clean property. Lovely hosts who went the extra mile supplying everything & more for a comfortable stay, including breakfast items in the fridge. Location is really good with a less than 10 minute walk into Holt and the same to the North Norfolk Railway station. Look forward to staying here again.

We loved everything. The owner gave us a warm welcome, there were goodies in the fridge and we had everything we needed. The house is immaculate, beautiful and just a short walk from the centre of Holt

Internet was a bit weak but we didn't come here to work, the TV worked well.

We received a very warm welcome and a quick tour of this surprisingly roomy one bedroom house, it has been recently decorated to a very high standard with furnishings and fitting to match. Off street parking is available right outside the front door. The house was spotlessly clean from top to bottom. The property is a few minutes walk from the centre of Holt in a very quiet road, ideal for exploring further afield.

Everything was perfect !

Location excellent very close to Holt town centre and a short drive to Sheringham and Cromer The house is just lovely throughout and the courtyard garden is a bonus. Breakfast items were thoughtfully left for us. The beautiful roses were an extra treat.

Beautiful cottage 10 minute walk from the town. immaculate and comfortable, everything you need so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. Great location with Blakeney, Cromer, Sheringham and Wells-next-the-sea easily accessible by car or bus.

Only 2 things. The layout of the lounge made it a bit difficult to watch the TV. The second is just a personal preference, and that would be curtains or blinds at the back of the property, but I understand it's not overlooked!

Easy to walk into Holt for shops and pubs. Good safe parking on site. The property was airy and spacious and very well equipped; we lacked for nothing. There was seating outside in a back courtyard and a small terrace in the front garden.

Nothing to dislike Holt is a nice village and nothing is too far away to visit

The welcome was really good, lots of essential items left in the fridge, the hosts couldn't have done any more to make sure your comfortable, all the previous reviews are absolutely true, so will not need to repeat the same, thanks for a lovely few days
