Mattress to soft, quilt cover oversized, very, very slow draining sink, I think it had a blockage.

The Breakfast was probably the best that I have had at any B&B accommodation that I have stayed at. The location is well situated for our walking weekend. Shower in the room was magnificent. Private parking directly outside the room. Special thanks to Valentina for your prompt action returning my lost wallet when found. Thank You.

We stayed in the dragonfly, a lovely large family room. Enough for children and dogs. Private garden a bonus. Location perfect and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good

We’ve always wanted to stay on our many trips to the coast so had really been looking forward to it. It exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect and plenty of room for teenagers and the dog. Breakfast was marvellous and staff really welcoming. We will be back!!

The gluten free veggie choice was not good. The chef kindly used gluten free pasta in the veggie choice. It was ok but not great. No gluten free cereal at breakfast and limited cut fruit at breakfast

Only criticism, as dog friendly which is nice but had a noisy dog in the room above and while it didn't really matter. Running our own dog kennels it's nice to get away from barking dogs for a weekend break. But we didn't let it spoil our stay as we really are dog friendly ourselves

Been visiting this place for years & unfortunately the pub itself has changed - no longer able to drink inside as a pub, only if a table has been booked for eating. Only able to drink outside, which is fine when dry or summer but not good when cold & raining (despite the little heated pod that fills up quickly) Tables aren’t automatically reserved for residents (fortunately we did reserve a table this time) & it’s not publicised that you can no longer drink inside. We arrived earlier than our booking planning to drink , & was then told can drink outside (it was cold, blustery & raining). The staff did however let us have the next available table that fortunately came up before our scheduled booking.

Great accommodation in the annex building , much better than the court yard rooms.

We thought the Orange Tree was amazing from booking in, to dinner, to the room and the staff the only down side was we had to leave after a 2 night stay. We arrived with our dog and the staff were amazing looking after us and the dog. The staff are always looking out for the dog and as they have a dedicated area of the bar for people with dogs. We had dinner the first night we stay and it was out of this world, there is even a menu for the dog. I can recommend this highly enough. There are splendid walks to the beach through the salt marshes, which we all enjoyed.
