Parking, the parking is few and far between. You have to pay every 3 hours or go to a multi story and pay for all day then you get free parking after 6pm.

Location was brilliant, host was accommodating couldn't help you more.

There is no free car park outside the Elm tree. You can park your car in the loading bay outside to check in. The parking is p&d which is costly. Free to park after 6pm-8am. That's what we did but then had to get up before 8am to move the car elsewhere. (Not the best after a late night) It is free all day Sunday. However if you want somewhere not too expensive to park your car there is a car park £6 24 hours near the colonial. What we did is parked outside Beach Front hotel all depends if you don't mind walking 7 miles that is free as we had stayed there before. So, my husband walked to get the car to then come back to put our luggage in car. I would stay again tho can't grumble on the price.

Elm tree is in the heart of the town so near everything. This place does what it says on the tin. Great value for 2 nights when most are the same price for 1 night. There is also a free fridge in the corridor to use to keep your stuff fresh. Dog friendly too with no extra charge. The owner Sam is really friendly & welcoming also.

Hussam, our host, was incredible! His place and hospitality were top-notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to give them the highest rating possible. The location is unbeatable! Right in the heart of the city, everything is just a short walk away. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and central stay.

The service was great. Benny had the place ready so we could check-in early. Great location. The family room.is great and we all slept really well.

The cleaning could have been a bit better. Some guests smoked, against house rules, and some also had a a very noisy dog. But of course the guest house is not to be blamed for that.

Very central location, and not much traffic noise. Comfortable beds and good wifi. Reasonably spacious. Good to have a fridge outside the room, and a small sitting area in the room. Easy to contact. Good price.

There was a slight problem with the shower but Sam said he'd immediately look into it. I also was a bit cold the first night but they found me a blanket and it was super comfy. Also, there is a set of stairs to get up to the rooms, but thankfully solid banisters!

This beautiful find is so central! Right in the heart of the bustling town centre and yet is so quiet inside! There is a fridge in the room, one in the communal areas as well. And a table too. It really was a little haven and the staff made me so welcome. I really enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to a return visit.

We were greeted upon arrival and made very welcome. The guest house was clean and well presented. The room was fab and I feel I got an absolute bargain for 2 nights.

The Owner of the property was kind and polite, giving us advice on the local area and had great communication leading up to our stay. The Room was Very clean and cosy. Our Beds were very comfortable Property is close to the beach and attractions but far enough away that there was no noise in the evenings when trying to settle the children to sleep.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
