Parking really had to be on street and fortunately there was space available. Not being able to access the property from the parking area entailed a walk around the market area which would be a pain in bad weather (fortunately not the case for us)

Comfortable and convenient for our visit to Sandwich over the Christmas holiday. Although compact there was everything needed for a short stay and good facilities.

My new knees dont like stairs but its good excercise. It's a bit confusing about the parking. The only free private parking spot is off the street directly behind the building but no direct walking access so about a 5 minute brisk walk around the block.

Sandwich is an interesting place but we didn't have much time to explore. Paula was very communicative relating to our delayed entry time. It is a cosy flat with limited space but everything worked well including the baby dishwasher. Bread, cheese, jam & butter in the small fridge was welcomed as was the coffee pods & bags. Good shower and Wifi.

Door to the room needs adjusting so it doesn't rattle if you have a window open.

Clean and comfortable and great location with all local facilities close by and easy walking distance. Room is compact, which was not a problem for us. Think of this as a small double bedroom (with a fridge, microwave and kettle/ coffee machine) with an ensuite bathroom and you won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately the internet connection was not working and so no TV etc. But the host responded immediately to te issue and arranged for rectification and compensation.

The location, the ease of access, the friendliness of the host, the range of amenities in such a compact space (Studio apartment after all), the responsiveness and accommodation of the host to the minor matters raised.

Perfect little room, just worried I may have spilt food on the carpet when taking it out of the microwave, as it's on a shelf and I'm short. Suggest maybe a mat on the floor for the kitchette area.

Lovely quiet room within five minutes walk from the station. Little kit heated area made visit self sufficient. Such pretty views of gardens from all windows and somewhere to sit outside. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly when I needed some advice. Also, the directions and description of the property excellent and lock key code sent the day before.

The room was quite hot (very hot weather currently) but the host had installed a portable air conditioning unit, which was slightly noisy and made the room tolerable to sleep in. Very comfortable bed and accommodation.

Delightful en-suite room with all the facilities a traveller could wish for. Very accommodating host. Excellent location and great value for money. I would certainly consider staying in the property again when visiting the area in future.

Cups were dirty. Unsure how to use tabletop dishwasher as no instructions. Unaware no parking on site. No iron in room. Had to be careful with Cupboard for kitchen too close to bed gangway.

The fridge was stacked with the perfect needs...Not luxury but the essentials; the thought of leavimg basic essentials for guests... truly welcomeing and felt like a true "guest". Communication was to the point, polite and sincere. I would be far pushed to choose any other guesthouse within a 10 mile radius.

Nice comfortable room sufficient for two adults. Well appointed bathroom lovey comfortable bed. Great location for town centre. Would be excellent base to visit local attractions as many in easy driving distance with castles and wildlife parks, and historic Canterbury. Something for everyone.

Keys handed to me personally as host was on site, but normally the would be in a key box. Plenty of on street parking (charges apply between 9am and 6pm) The host was also able to recommend free parking location close by. There is a lovely outside area and garden.

The studio was very nice ..just lacked space for a comfortable chair in which to relax but this was not so important on this short stay.

There was some confusion over breakfast and toiletries - which were both mentioned as included in the description. The host apologised and said that these were no longer included and refunded some money.
