There is no phones in the room to contact reception! The single beds are waaay too small it’s good that there is a kitchenette but it could have been smaller better it’s taken a lot of space in the room that made the room so small to move around or even seat . The clothes hangers where braking using better quality is a must . Windows don’t open ! I would recommend a wall hanger for jackets as there is some room space not used properly Other then that hotel is good 👍🏾

Families can only enjoy the swimming pool from 4 to 5 pm. We only learnt that when we arrived at 5pm so we missed out. I feel this is not ok to discriminate families in this way. My kids are able to have a nice calm swim without splashing around so why can they enjoy the swimming pool only one hour per day? We were offered to come back the next day at 4pm... but we had only a night there and the checkout being at 11am, it makes little sense. They don't have family rooms, so we had to have 2 rooms with one adult in each. The staff take a deposit of £100 when we arrived. I only got this back 5 days after leaving.

The staff seemed aloof or busy. It would have been nice when we arrived that they helped us with luggage, and the same when we left. I attempted to use the House Jack app and it didn’t seem to work. Also tried to ask for some recommendations or confirmation of information and never got a response back.

Eclectic and chic. Beautiful indoor pool area. Loved the books and crannies and design of the spaces.

The location of The Other House is ideal for me, I can reach, by foot, some amazing teas of London within a 20. min walking distance. The Tube is 300 yds away providing further options.

Nothing.. everything was perfect. My 4th time booking to stay here.

Warm and helpful staff..always ready to go the extra mile. Excellent pool and spa facilities. Love the rooms...the beds are so comfortable and having the extra space to lounge and watch TV was great. Also having the oven and hob helped a lot. As did the excellent espresso machine. A lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful hotel in a great setting.

There is nothing bad to say. Everything was perfect.

I stayed there for the second time. First time it was a year ago. I loved the place at first time and I just knew I will come back. And now I am 100% sure I will be back again soon. And it is because of many reasons - location is great, Underground is 1 min away. It is quiet and clean. Great atmosphere. Excellent bar and great breakfast. Recommend it!

It wasn't easy working out if we needed to take our towels from the room down for the pool (we didn't) and it wasn't clear that we could pick robes up from reception.

We really enjoyed using the pool, sauna and steam room in the morning - it was so relaxing! The décor was lovely - the rooms felt really welcoming.

The only negative point for our stay was that there was a large metal screen that was in front of the beds so it meant you couldn't watch tv from your bed. Not a big deal but slightly odd.

Central location, tube station less than a 5 minute walk away ! Staff were so friendly and helpful, house jack service via WhatsApp made any request so easy ! Room was very clean and comfortable, no street noise, plenty of storage and kitchen amenities which made the stay even more comfortable ! Restaurant and bar on sign were very well priced and food was delicious! Over all stay was amazing, highly recommend !

My room had a small window that did not leave enough light in for the entree area (kitten and TV corner), so I had to switch on the light even during the day. No problem in the evening but as I needed to work in the room in the morning, I missed the daylight. Would ask to change room or upgrade next time to get a suite with more natural light.

Beautiful boutique-style hotel with lovely staff, located in a great location in Kensington to explore the neighbourhood. Gloucester Road tube station is a 3 mins walk away. Fantastic water pressure in the shower. I loved the expressive decor and colors in the hallways and rooms. The beautiful pool is a good size for some easy workout. I will definitely stay again if coming to the same area.
