The room could be bigger. The TV is impossible to watch from the bed or from the sofa, but we didn't need it. There's no view from our windows.

Location: just 4 minutes walk from the underground and there are 2 other stations just in 20 minutes walk. Plenty of cafes and coffeeshops just around the corner. Close to parks and museums. The street is nice. The room is very clean and cosy. The is little kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. There're plates and cups and vine glasses, good cutlery, teabags and coffee pods, even dishwasher tablets, but no salt and pepper etc There's iron and ironing board in the big wardrobe. Very good shower, modern, good pressure and temperature. The brunch at the hotel was soo delicious. The pool was nice It was very quiet during our stay

Spa was a bit hard to navigate, hard to find the entrance or towels etc. Couldn’t locate the gym and nobody answered for the massage booking request.

Just a little bit too dark in the bedroom, would of like a stronger light when putting on make-out. Such a little detail, everything else was brilliant.

Such a beautiful hotel with a really laid back friendly staff and atmosphere, absolutely loved our stay and will defiantly go there again.

Should be a discounted option to include Breakfast. Should be more control around spa area as only 5 beds I think. Maybe could offer bookings to help people manage their time around it ?

Fantastic location. 2 mins from Gloucester Road, 5 mins from south Ken. Near to Hyde park, Kensington palace gardens, Ken high street, Knightsbridge etc. great hotel. Nice rooms and bathroom. Spa and gym brilliant bonus but spa was full on one occasion annoyingly. Well well well worth the money. Only thing is rooms are a little dark but not really a problem (was cosy if anything)

Better pillows would make this hotel perfect.

Excellent facilities, fabulous decor and spotlessly clean. Not the cheapest of hotels in London but a fab location and absolute pleasure to stay at.

It would have ben great to have more flexibility in using the pool with my son. The website said we could only use it between 3.30 and 4.30 which meant we were unable to fit it in our schedule.

Hotel was perfect for our needs. Great value for money and all staff we encountered were exceptionally welcoming and polite. We will be returning.

This is a minor thing and easily resolved the inventory check before guests stay. Our SMEG hob did not work and we wanted to cook. They kindly moved our rooms (staff were amazing) but bowls and pans were missing. They did take care of this but service took a while. The House Jack concept is fantastic but sometimes slow in responding. Nothing I would hold against this fantastic place.

This is a fantastic place to stay with amazing club flats. The hotel was quiet and comfortable and the decor fantastic. The pool, steam room and gym were great facilities and I loved that I could work in their club house and also take calls and meetings. A lot of members clubs don’t allow this. It’s also dog friendly.

Restaurant on site shuts at 7pm, although there is ample food places just a short walk away.

Hotel was spacious, clean and had facilities in the room so i could cook my own meal. Spa facilities were open until 9pm meaning even though I checked in late, I could still benefit from them.

There’s absolutely no room for improvement

The hotel is exquisite. I have never stayed anywhere so beautiful. The pool is amazing, the staff were all friendly. The food and cocktails were so tasty. I have been dreaming every night of going back there. Looking to book a hotel for my wedding night everywhere looks so bland in comparison.
