Peaceful location & wonderful hosts, who went the extra mile. Private use of the hot tub was just perfect & lots of little extras on the room, like milk, eggs & cereals, toiletries, games & books. Would highly recommend

Lovely peaceful rural location with lots of local walks and bike rides, including along the Grantham canal. The annex was clean and roomy with a small seating area outside and we could use the large hot tub at the back of the owners' house overlooking the garden and fields. A continental breakfast was included in the price or we could pay extra for eggs, bacon etc. Our hosts Nicky and Steve were very friendly.There's a half-hour walk along the canal from opposite Peacock Farm to the nearest village Redmile where we had a lovely meal in the Windmill pub.

I liked everything about the trip the host nicky was so helpful.yhe accommodation was spotless. And there were goodies to start your day off milk juice bread etc the fridge was big the kithnette came handy. What can I say all good I will defo promote it 🙂

Beautiful annex and area, amazing hosts who provided everything that we needed and much more. Really friendly and approachable staff, will definitely visit again. Hot tub was always hot and clean, dressing gowns and towels provided, played our own music and relaxed in leisure. Do not hesitate to book this, it is fabulous. 5🌟 abode

Wonderful hosts. Felt at home. Welcoming and friendly. Just fabulous from booking to the stay itself. So many special moments and acts of graciousness. Hot tub is excellent. We enjoyed beautiful walks in the surroundings. We hope to return. Can't get the photo to turn. It snowed in April!

Just a personal choice: nothing about accommodation: never stayed in an annexe: used to own separate space & getting away from everything/ everyone: so found it less private than we would have preferred.

Loads to see & do in the area. Lovely ZEN DEN & massage amazing Everything you need in Annaxe Host left supplies, birthday cards, banners etc & arranged cake & afternoon tea Bright & modern Friendly hosts & welcoming & engaging & happy to entertain/host.

Really lovely stay. Everything was very and clean and cosy. Good wifi, smart TV and facilities for basic cooking. Nicky went out of her way to make our trip an enjoyable one, suggesting some nice places to visit/dine at locally. She catered for our dietary requirements and made the hot tub available for us during some not so great weather. We also used the “Zen Den” and booked in some treatments with Lea which was lovely. Great little place, will come back in the summer.

Had a lovely long weekend away. Our room was was very comfortable clean and had all the necessary needs. Nikki was a great host, especially the little touches, melon and mince pies after our massage and jacuzzi! Plenty of walks by the canal, a trip to Belvoir Castle where we saw the Xmas light trail amazing! We ate at a lovely pub/restaurant The Nags Head food was delicious.

There is literally nothing bad I can say about this place. It was everything I was looking for for my birthday weekend. Lovely to get out of a busy town for 2 nights and spend the weekend somewhere so tranquil and relaxing.

Me an 5 of my friends have just come back from a weekend here to finish off my 30th birthday celebrations. We booked all 3 rooms which were really lovely an homely. They each have kitchen facilities, a double bed, a single bed an a bathroom which is great! When we arrived Which ended up being later on the Friday night than planned because of the petrol issue, Nicky greeted us with a very warm welcome! She gave us a tour an showed us our rooms and ‘the party room’ that she called it which was a lovely conservatory with a table and chairs where we could listen to music an store our drinks! She had decorated it with birthday banners, a birthday balloon and card and some chocolates! This was such a lovely touch. Nicky and her family are so friendly an they have some gorgeous pets too with the same nature. All very welcoming into their beautiful home. Nicky supplied us with plates and glasses and everything we needed all weekend an when we mentioned we might get a takeaway on the first night, she even offered to go out an pick it up for us if need be! Hot tub was available all weekend as we had booked all 3 rooms…perfect! There is a ‘zen den’ on the land where her sister Mandy and another lady did all us girls massages. They were amazing!! An just what we all needed. After a rinse down we went into the hot tub again with the perfect view of Nickys 2 lovely horses. They have bbqs which they were quite happy for us to use and it was a beautiful day to have one. There are fridges in each of the rooms so we had bought bbq food with us! Nicky also told us she was going out with her family so was more than happy for us to sit round the lovely garden furniture which they use normally so was lovely to have a few drinks there with so many beautiful flowers to look at and the horses. The little village nearby was recommended a nice walk so we ventured out and had a few drinks at the little village pub the windmill.

Parking was fine but couldve been right at door (which we were allowed to do with permission) instead of blocking the drive or other vehicles.

Hosts were very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them.Breakfast was self made. Items were provided for you to cook/make yourself. Great to choose your own. Facilites in all the rooms were there from crockery to utensils

Exceptional hosts, warm, welcoming and friendly, fantastic pets, felt like a home from home. Quiet at The Paddocks but within reach of all attractions and amenities. Highly recommend if you are looking to relax and enjoy the wonderful countryside. Also, having the option to have a massage was a big bonus! Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
