Everything was good friendly staff , great rooms lovely food and beer but picking up drinks you’re ordered from bar whilst eating in restaurant was a bit weird and not really explained - were they short staffed or just waiter service for food but not drinks ☹️?

Rooms are fabulous- soo clean and Cool on Hottest day of the year . Comfortable beds and lovely bathroom .

Stay at The Piebald Inn, Hunmanby. You won’t be disappointed This was our second visit to the Piebald Inn. We highly recommend it, all the staff were friendly, efficient and professional and made our stay great - particularly the morning breakfast staff. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was done with a smile. We would actually have preferred to have had our meals in the restaurant – the meals are now in the bar area, (which has changed from our last visit) we would hope it will revert back in time or at least have the option of where to eat. Obviously we had pies for our evening meal, and we can’t recommend them highly enough, you won’t be disappointed they are yummy and very filling. Thank you so much

All the staff were amazing but the lovely Colin, Frankie and Barbara need a special mention. Room was spotless, contemporary and had a firm, comfortable bed. Evening meal was lovely, huge portions… too big for us… and we thought reasonable priced. Massive unique pie menu. Tasty and well cooked breakfast with a wide offer. Would have preferred full fat yoghurt but otherwise everything was great. Real coffee in the room.. such a treat. Good smelling toiletries too. It’s not often I cannot find fault somewhere but I couldn’t here.

A beautiful clean and fresh bed/ shower room, even French doors to a small sitting area overlooking the garden. They served 52 varieties of pies, all home made and the ones we tried were delicious😋. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

There was nothing negative.

I came to do wildlife photography in the area and stayed for one night. The rooms were spotless clean & comfy I was really happy about it. Many needs have been thought of for the room, it was perfect. The staff was really friendly, nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my breakfast here too food was delicious and I was ready for a good day afterwards. I will definitely stay again next time I visit.

I couldn't send to use the air con left of Room very dry. There was a greenlight I presume emergency requirement which was annoying during the night

Enjoyed From the moment we got there felt very welcome. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a two-year-old with us who was made feel very welcome. Staff went out of their way to make sure we was happy. The Room was really nice ascent from a couple of silly things. If you do stay make sure you buy yourself a pie you do not be disappointment

The room was spotless, the shower was nice and clean and plenty of hot water, plenty of choice of tea/coffee and hot chocolate, fresh bottles of water, plenty of loo roll and towels, food was excellent including breakfast the following morning, staff very welcoming talkative and friendly, nothing to complain about whatsoever will definitely stay again thanks the Goodison’s.

Green fire regulation light up room quite brightly and took getting use to. Fan from bathroom seemed to be on for a long time after light turned off.

Facilities were very good. Breakfast has a nice range and good size portions. Restaurant was the real stand out. Huge selection of quality pies on offer and a large enough non pie selection as well. Nice drink selection in comfortable front bar.

All fantastic , only very small thing end room had a bit of noise from the air-conditioning on the wall outside and heating was a bit tricky to set in room

I can’t fault the piebald inn

The bedroom was beautiful, large, well equipped and the room and en-suite was immaculate so clean. The breakfast is good. The dinners are beautifully home cooked and delicious. They advertise 50+ pies but they are not all available at once. I loved the alternative vegetarian menu as well as we stayed there for four nights. The staff are lovely and so welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to eat and stay and I am looking forward to returning
