Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe room was an accessible unit. However there was a lack of wardrobe space for two persons. Also there was only one seat which was not an easy chair. There needs to be a review of comfortable seating for disabled persons, after all some people who are in a wheelchair all day sometimes need a comfortable easy chair to rest on after being out during the day. Obviously the wardrobe clothes rail position for wheelchair personnel needs to be at an adaptable/adjustable height in the region of 500mm to 750mm ?

We needed a ♿ access room and it was that good I think it was designed by a disabled person. My partner said it was the best she's ever stayed in! The location was very good too and we would of liked to stay longer.

United KingdomI was disappointed that I had to pay extra for my breakfast. At £80 for the room I expected that to include breakfast. There was no complimentary shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom and one of the soap dispensers was empty.
Very convenient location and the room was clean with a nice comfortable bed.

Great location, plenty of parking, good value food on site, and friendly helpful staff. Stayed for a family funeral, and staff managed to source us a short notice iron and ironing board. Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.
