The key pickup location is about 8 min from the facility , and the instructions you received start with something else The elevator was not working during our stay

Pillows need replacing and some more glasses would have been useful, for example there was 4 of us but only 2 champagne flutes. We left by car so returning the key to a different location was fine but would put guests out who are using public transport.

The location is great and the apartment was clean. Suresh was a really easy to get hold and communication was good.

Minor issues -some cups saucers and plates were chipped - and the bathrooms very cold -the heated towel rails/ radiators were not working,

Excellent location and accommodation and parking included. All the staff we met made us feel welcome, the majority of people in the building are residents the few that we met also made us welcome Comfortable beds - plenty of towels. and all the necessities for self catering. No noise or disturbance.

Limited parking for only one car, if you are travelling as a group it would be good to have an additional space available within the complex, but saying that there was paid public parking available very close to the property

Lift was not working for our entire stay Would have been great if a couple bottles of water were there on arrival More options for lightweight bedding (came in summer heatwave and only quilts available)

Location was very central and easy to find Check-in was very easy and the host was very helpful and accommodating Really liked that there was a private courtyard only for the residents

the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and hard. fortunately it was only needed for one night but anymore and it wouldn’t have been bearable. the master bedroom toilet was broken but that was just one of those unfortunate things that cannot be helped.

the place was very modern and clean. it had all essentials we needed. it also had sufficient soap and toilet rolls, which is not always provided but certainly welcomed!

We bought a bottle of wine with a cork and there wasn't a Cork screw! It wasn't called the president it was called the post box appt so bit difficult to find, but the host met with us quickly

Property was extremely hot, shower gel wasn’t provided even though we were told it was & it was very bright. some dim lighting would have been more relaxing.

A well situated property that is clean and peaceful but close to the city centre with all the shops and restaurants you would need at walking distance. There is an excellent secure car park included so you can leave your car and enjoy Birmingham

Main unsuited bedroom double bed was uncomfortable and squeaks on movement. The main shower didn't drain properly

On the surface it’s absolutely fine, but it needs a deep clean - particularly the bathrooms. Cleaning products / washing up liquid would have been helpful to have stocked so I could have cleaned myself. It could also do with some more cutlery / glasses. A welcome pack explaining how to get in / out of the building via the side entrance would have been useful. I didn’t like having to pick the keys up from a local garage - not very convenient, a lockbox would be much better.

Location was very good. Lots of space. Tastefully decorated. Suresh (host) was really friendly and very helpful.
