overall this place is a little gem! it does need better cooker instructions unless you are quite good with this type of thing. I messaged the staff to leave extra toilet paper as there was only half a roll for 4 of us staying. It would of been great also to have some basic cleaning materials there in the cupboard to enable guests to leave it to standard, including pans as there wasn’t a scourer to clean a pan we’d used. I wouldn’t let the above stop me booking it again and would definitely recommend it to others !

There was nothing we didn't like. It was electronic hosts but not a problem, all the information was on email and simple to follow, a contact number was provided but we didn't need to use it.

Everything, the lounge/kitchen area was large and bright with everything we needed for our stay, the television was excellent and the kitchen well equipped. The bedroom was large and very comfortable, the bed was very high, (not the best for us short legged people) but it was really comfortable. The bathroom.was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Not enough coat hangers or storage space. Some kitchen items missing.

Very good location near to everything. Super clean but a bit dark in thr living room. Could do with being lighter walls. Amazing beds.and very comfortable and quiet at night. Nixe touches with toiletries and tea coffee.

The next door neighbours smoking weed day and night outside the house. The smell keep wafting over and when you came out the front door all your could smell was skunk.

Difficulty with what appeared to be incorrect key code on arrival but on plus side owner immediately available on phone and rectified situation. Only one side plate, although this didn't cause any problems.

Excellent location. Very comfortable bed and sofa.. Nicely decorated and presented. Excellent pre-arrival information and owner very responsive to queries/problems during stay. Good to have private parking.

I liked everything about this apartment. In a good location close to everything. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Had Netflix and u tube on tv which was a bonus.Loved the extra touches like a gown tea coffee biscuits goody bags and mini toiletries goody bag. The owner Sophie was so helpful and communicated well. I recommend this apartment sooo much. Its the place to stay in Southport. We will definitely be back.

Apartment 2 layout is what it, it can't really be changed, but it felt a bit like a goldfish bowl with the path up to the front door right outside our window. Also wasn't keen on the short trek from bedroom to bathroom, (up a step from bedroom then through two fire doors to get to bathroom ) .Also took us a while to sort out the microwave operating instructions. But all these were minor niggles.

Good location, apartment very comfortable and clean. All the facilities in the apartment were good. Very good noise isolation from the other occupied apartments.

The overall cleanliness was good however the wooden floor could have done with a more thorough clean as it was a bit gritty/sandy - that could have been because of the closeness to the sea front.

Location was excellent for the centre of town and promenade. Free Off street parking. Modern and spacious apartment. Quiet, easy to get into the accomodation. Tvs in all the rooms, good wifi.
