Unfortunately there was no key in the lockbox on arrival and the owner was difficult to contact on a Sunday afternoon. Booking.com eventually managed to reach him by email and he came round to open up for me. The phone number for contacting the owner proved useless on a Sunday afternoon.

Maybe a larger TV in the lounge and one in the main bedroom for those quiet nights in - not a big issue at all though.

Great location with free parking. Couple of minutes walk to the promenade, shops & bars but still in a quiet area. All the home comforts plus comfy beds!!

The second (back) bedroom is tiny. There's a double bed, with just enough room to walk around it, and some bedside cabinets. From memory that's about it, and all of the space you have. There's certainly no room to keep any bags/luggage in this 2nd room. Check-in is 3pm (standard, I guess), but check-out was listed as 10am. That's too early. I understand that the cleaner(s) need to gain access, but a small property like this doesn't require that much time to 'turn it around'. So I contacted the owner beforehand, and he agreed to an 11am departure. (Still an hour too early in my opinion).

The property is very well furnished, and immediately has a 'cosy' feel. The kitchen is modern, and well appointed with everything you need for a short stay. The Master (front) bedroom is spacious enough, and it was quiet from any external noise.

Everything was great, perhaps install a hairdryer (attached somewhere as I suspect someone may inadvertently take it otherwise?!)

Very comfortable accommodation, new fittings and decor and clean in a good location. Perfect for 2 travellers like ourselves as each had own double bed and bathroom facilities.

Location was spot on for nearby places to visit and not far from other places to visit further a field either, shops and places to eat were nearby too. I really liked how clean it was, the apartment is very well maintained. I would recommend this place to stay ✔️👍😁

Perfect for weekend stay with friends .. lovely apartment with everything included you would need! No trouble parking. And restaurants and shops close by! Not far to walk to front either!

Close to the pebble beach but too far to walk to the centre of Llandudno with the children.However there are eating places nearby.

Everything was clean modern and in good working order.The showers were a decent size and always had hot water and easy to operate.No complaints but was a cosy space with two active children.The back yard was a lovely space to eat out.Had a permit for a car to park not right outside but very close.

My friend and I are elderly and we found the beds and 3 piece suite very hard and uncomfortable. The property could do with hooks for hanging wet coats etc. The second bedroom had very little space to place anything in there as the double bed took up all the room. No space for a tiny wardrobe etc.

It was self catering. A parking permit was provided which was a big help. It was in a quiet area. The property was very clean.

Really difficult to find the place! The numbering of properties down the street, which is in 2 halves separated by another road, is really poor. We walked for 20 minutes trying to find the property, which was at the beginning of the first half of the road. Great once we found the building.

Everything was thoughtfully placed to make it convenient to use and live in, including a garden that got a lot of sun during the day.
