Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United Kingdom- the doors on the shower/bathroom cubicle were a bit stiff, and one of the showers didn't drain fast enough, so over filled.
- Super friendly staff - Tents were cosy - the welcome booklet was helpful - being able to buy logs on site was good - had a peaceful sleep, neighbours didn't make a sound - nice cosy pub, there was live music in the Friday night which was good fun

United KingdomThe welcoming wasn't very warm. We wasn't shown were our tent was we was just told. We had to figure out how the showers worked and they wasn't very warm. Was dispointed with the pub food. With it being a little village I would of thought it would of been home made hearty food. It was just frozen food. The tent was lovely fire kept it nice and warm. Bedding was clean and fresh. Would definitely advise not going if it's due to be windy exstremly noisey due to the hight of trees around the sight. Overall we did enjoy our night.
They glamping itself was lovely

United KingdomThe hot tub was a bit dirty because of the rain. And for visitors who don't have a car, it would be a bit unconvinience to get there. Overall it's great and worth the money.
Got recommended by Tik Toker Phill and booked in for a night. The staffs were really friendly and nice. There is no charging space in the tent (of couse) and they let us charge our phones at the bar. I will recommen it to my friends!

IrelandWe never got our welcome pack which I assume explained how to use the showers, so we couldn’t get them to work. The solar panelled lights within the tipi weren’t charged so they didn’t work at night time The stove was quite hard to light and it doesn’t let off as much heat as we originally thought it would. It takes the edge off the coldness, but we still had to wear lots of layers Not enough wood/firelighters supplied for more than one night so bring your own if you’re planning to stay for multiple or you’ll have to pay £7 for more
The tipi was so much more spacious than we thought it would be Bed was comfortable Girl with black hair behind the bar was really friendly Pub food was lovely and reasonably priced Toilets were clean and well lit Had a brilliant weekend staying here

United KingdomSolar lights in the toilet block didn't work which was awkward when juggling a torch, and very cold! Camping kettle to use on the stove would have been a nice addition
Loved the very efficient tiny stove, loads of blankets and the solar lighting

United KingdomThe water in the wash room was freezing cold, which probably felt worst as it was a really cold night. There was no toilet paper and would have been lovely to have something to heat the hot water for a cup of tea in the morning!!!
Was a lovely place to stay, comfortable bed, lots of blankets and a cosy wood burner. Loved the bunting and lights, plenty of room to sit outside by the firepitt too.

United KingdomOnly applies for colder months, but wood burner could be slightly bigger or the wood cut smaller, hard to fit and feed the fire without leaving the doors open. Obviously fire risk.
Nice spacious tent, plenty of blankets if you get cold. Great hot tub, perfect for two people 👌

United KingdomThe toilets were a bit tired, but cannot blame the owner... I mean ???? who goes glamping in November, the proprietor was extremely helpful..probably took pity on us
I really thought it was a bad idea to go glamping in a tent in November, but it turned out really well, we were warm and if we wanted a meal the Pub restaurant was only a few yards away. It certainly was an adventure and very reasonably priced.

United KingdomThe shower block unfortunately suffering a bit in the damp colder weather, non of the three doors would shut let alone lock. And the rest is typical glamping issues like mud poor lighting to the pods so advise to bring a torch if your first arriving in the dark.
No contact check in, come and go as you please... great to use as a base to get your head down for a few hours... beds clean firewood provided. Pods spacious and well laid out..

United KingdomWe totally enjoyed our stay and loved everything except the showers didn't seem to get very warm.. As newbies that could have been something we were doing or not doing tbh.
Sean was a great host who welcomed my daughter and I. As I was a complete novice to glamping in this form, he went through keeping the stove and hot tub going, and came back with a cup of tea for me and to check we had settled in OK. The double bed was very comfortable and extra blankets were available to keep us lovely and warm
