Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Important to state is this was a very inexpensive hotel with a good continental breakfast in the price . Also only 1 minute walk from the seafront by the i360. The rooms are basic but clean with a comfortable bed .... absolute complaining as it was overall great value for money .

United KingdomThe breakfast could have been better, but it wasn't bad. If you are on the top floor, you will have to climb a fair number of stairs without there being a lift, so not very appropriate for those with wheelchairs etc.
The location and the price were both fantastic. Staff were kind and helpful. The fact that the rooms have working televisions with all the usual channel was really nice to have when coming back.

IrelandThere are quite a lot of stairs to get to the rooms but luckily we are young enough to be able to climb them.
Great location, beds very comfy, spacious room and very clean. Great value for money and has continental breakfast included. You can get a voucher for 5 pound for an English breakfast across the way but we were happy with the cereal, tea coffee and toast we had. I had thought we had an issue with the water and staff were quick to check it for us and tell us how to work it.
