The only slight downside for some guests may be that the hotel is not in the centre and a 15 min walk from the main part of the south beach restaurants and bars. Although some will relish the walk.

From checkin to checkout this was a great experience. We were allocated a small apartment which was modern and quite spacious. The staff were great and very friendly. The Breakfast and evening meal were very tasty and the evening meal was excellent value. I also liked the large dining room.

I had to book in for an early breakfast as they were the only slots available but they appeared to be staggering the guests so the dining room was never full.

I wasn't sure whether to ask for a drink at my table for dinner or whether I should have asked for one at the bar before sitting down. No one mentioned it, was a bit confusing.

As stated the room was rather hot but we just opened a window and turned off the heating. Drinks a little expensive in the bar but thats the norm I think

When we got there on a chilly November day the room was lovely and warm, we turned the radiator off as too warm for us but that's just a personal preference, what I love about this Hotel is how quiet it is. The room was clean, bathroom spotless bed comfortable so perfect for a good nights sleep. We were only there one night and vacated our room at 9am but our parking permit lasted us 24 hours so we left the car there and spent the day in Scarborough. We didn't use the spa but the pool looked so inviting and was empty every time we looked so when we go again in February for two nights we will definately be taking a dip. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and service was speedy and attentive but the staff did not pester you to talk which I prefer. All in all a good stay. The hotel was also decorated for Christmas and looked lovely and inviting

Our room was looking tired and needed a refurb, curtains were faded and bathroom had seen better days.

Extremely spacious room, warm, with a very comfortable bed and linen, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. Ironing board and iron in room, kettle and tv worked perfectly. Great choice of breakfast, with table service, which was excellent and served very quickly. Great location, very quiet area and plenty of free parking. Staff absolutely lovely and bar and dining room very well presented. Sea was adjacent to our room but could see it from the bay window. Constant very hot water and loads of coat hangers in the wardrobe.
