It was difficult to understand which room was ours, there was no light in the bathroom, a very drunk woman did not want to let us in on the stairs!

I booked studio like the in photo shows but after 2 days the staff came and told us to move the place, they told i didnt booked this room i bokked another one. Then we moved from that room. Its not good,U need to send clear picture to your customer.

The residence was a building of multi-occupancy. It was in a run-down area and was run down in itself. It seemed to be used by itinerant workers. There was an overwhelming smell of hashish. No natural light in the entrance hall. There were 3 flights of steep stairs and no lights in the stair wells. One had to walk halfway up the stairs before a motion sensor activated the lights, and the same problem in the corridors. The room was run down and very poor decorative standard. The bedding looked used. The toilet smelled bad, and the Window could not be opened. There was a shared kitchen with the Fridge in dirty and sticky conditions. There were unwashed cooking utensils. There was no cutlery or plates. After looking we decided to leave and did not stay. There was no discernable fire escape. This type of property undermines booking.com’s brand. We want our money back.

The closest thing to anything being likeable was the fact that a building actually existed. It was in the stated location. We were able to escape unhindered.

I would not recommend staying here. The rooms are NOTHING like the pictures show. Pictures show a lovely apartment and listed numberous facilities (kitchen, living area, dining room etc) - we got a bedroom. Apparently the facilities listed are COMMUNAL. Nowhere does it say this. Clearly purposefully misleading people. Room was clean enough but the building is run down. Luckily we were only here for one night. Definitely will not be staying again.

The room was absolutely dirty and disgusting. There was a used condom inside the night table and many other used stuff. The bathroom floor was also dirty as it seems a worked had been there and nobody cleaned after him. I contacted the manager and he just said he was sorry. No offer to clean it nor changing rooms. I was so upset that he ended up threatening me to leave the room at 22:00 at night with a 20 min window. It was really a horrible experience and I don’t recommend the place at all. The neighborhood is also not nice. Quite isolated.

Pre arrival instructions were very confusing. The owner never answered my message asking if we could arrive an hour earlier. We were not allocated a room. After contacting the owner, we were told to go through all the key code boxes to see, which had a key in., then take that room. The photos online are very misleading. It was a small bedroom with bathroom, and one shared kitchen for all 3 floors ( on 2nd floor). We were suppiled with one small, old towel between both of us. There was a big tv on the wall at the side of the bed, we needed to twist our necks to watch it. No chairs in the room. The sign on the front of the building said 'short term accommodation contractor accommodation ' The bins outside were brimming over with rubbish, and I didn't feel safe leaving my car on the road overnight. Definitely not holiday accommodation. It spoilt our weekend away. The only reason we stayed was because the actual room was clean, and we were only there a couple of nights. We stayed out as much as we could and just returned to the room to sleep. I have booked many places over the years on booking.com but we have never had bad accommodation before. Avoid at all costs.

Information was not given about how to get in to the property until two phone calls to booking.com and then information was sent after check in time. Our room was not allocated and so we had to go through every lock box to find keys. Room was clean but very very strong smell of cigarette smoke which remained for the whole stay. There was only one small towel and light bulb in bathroom not working over mirror. Also bought our own toilet paper. Room described as double deluxe but bed was a small double and so very uncomfortable. Shared kitchen was dirty and was not cleaned at all throughout our stay. Bin was not emptied and there were no staff about at all that we saw cleaning rooms that had been vacated. This property was not as advertised at all and was not a holiday/ business trip property as there were residents who had been housed there.

Pictures in advert are not the property offred, mould on walls, holes in ceilings, bedding stained and dirty, units were uninhabitable and we couldn't stay in both units we booked and had to find alternate accommodation, requested a refund but ignored by host, only reason a 1 was given, there is no option for 0. Have laid official complaint with Booking.com as this property should be removed from their site

They cancelled my booking from their side 2h before check-in time opened, but didn't bother to provide with alternative accommodation neither they refund my money. I had to find my own alternative accommodation, and upfront the cost myself, when I had several hours driving journey before getting to Liverpool. In hospitality, this is not professional. I had to sort my refund and cover for the extra cost incurred with the alternative accommodation with Booking customer service.

Was just room with onsuit. Kettle cups provided Living area kitchen shared no cutlery we brought meal had to use tea spoon in room. Still had great stay would use again. I would be more prepared next time

We stayed at the studio apartment. It was great, because it was fully fitted with everything. The place was in a good condition, comfortable and clean. We had to contact the management a few times, but they were very good, replying promptly and friendly staff attended to us. I would stay here again.
