We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe did buy an evening meal. Service was very good, but the meal was disappointing.....both our meals were very overcooked. Large amount of breadcrumbs and batter concealing small over cooked portions of chicken and fish. It seemed expensive for what we received. We gave feedback to the waitress. This is such a shame as it is a lovely inn; we enjoyed our stay very much overall. We would stay there again, but eat elsewhere.
Super comfy room and bed. Very. clean. Lovely. products in bathroom.. Breakfast nicely cooked, presented and tasty. Landlord and staff very friendly and helpful.. We were made to feel very welcome. A nice touch of complementary drinks and biscuits in our room.. Fresh milk, tea, coffee. Lovely decor.

We had an amazing stay. Can't fault anything. Our room was perfect. We had direct access to the outside, which was amazing as we have two dogs. We did not get charged for the dogs at all! Lovely comfortable bed, kettle, tea and coffee, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries all provided. The pub/ restaurant was amazing too. Proper traditional pub with lovely menu. Not to mention the friendly and helpful staff. Loved every minute of it. Definitely will be back.

United KingdomHard to say..... I am used to sleeping with the windows open at night time, but was unable to do this because of secondary double glazing. But for those of you who love the room toasty at night time, this is the room for you! :)
Beautiful pub with lots of atmosphere. The ladies and gentlemen that worked there were exceedingly chatty and friendly, actually not one grumpy face. Beautiful inglenook fireplace with the fire lit every night. The menu had a lot of choices, the two evening meals we had were delicious. We chose the full English breakfast on the first day and it was a whopper and exceedingly tasty. All the food at the Ring 'O'Bells comes from locally produced food from the surrounding area. Dog friendly even for the evening meal sittings. Lastly, so many beers and local ciders on tap and great selection of wines.
