We had a fantastic stay at The Rockley Hotel. Everything was ready when we arrived and the hosts couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Bedrooms a bit on the small size (though well equipped and clean). No private car park (but plenty of local public car parks).

Superb value for money. Very friendly and attentive staff - great service. Clean and well equipped. Superb breakfast with first class service. Good location for local attractions etc. Great curry house nearby (The Namestey). My second visit and won't be the last!

Only thing that was wrong was the television remote would not work even tho it had new batteries it just wouldn't work could not turn the television on at all

The Lady and Gentleman running the hotel are absolutely brilliant, they go above and beyond. The Breakfast is absolutely amazing..the Sausages are the best I've tasted in a very long time. The room was fine, maybe a little decor needed in certain places but didn't worry us as we were only there to sleep... Definitely recommend 100% to anyone looking for a Dog Friendly Hotel....

Dated interiors. Cramped shower room. Bed against radiator which felt warm despite the heat wave. Sink in bedroom. Very small TV.

Everything was fine. I have nothing negative to say.

We were made to feel very welcome, there was a comfortable communal lounge with a bar where we chatted with the owner, Michelle. It really felt like we were visiting a friend. This is a reasonably priced b&b, they don't pretend to be the Ritz and you get what you pay for, but this isn't me being negative, it's being realistic, this place is located well, is well run, (with care), has lovely staff and is somewhere I will return to when in Blackpool in the future, (always). The breakfast was phenomenally good, and plentiful. Myself and my mate were talking about the breakfast all day, it's worth going back for that alone.

everything was okay, michele has only owned the hotel less than 12 months and made a great job of updating the rooms and bar etc

location for hotel good, michele was a great host, hotel is clean and tidy, my room (10) was small but convenient for me, bed was okay, breakfast was brilliant and freshly cooked
