Attention to detail for cleanliness in bathroom could be better - around edges/ corners could have been cleaner - old dust collected. Dead ladybirds on window frame which I discovered when opening window to release wasp that was in the room.

Breakfast was very good. Shower was fantastic

The hotel is ideally located for exploring Bath on foot. It is a short walk to the centre of Bath for touring and for dining. The hotel is a charming small hotel run by a great staff team. Definitely include breakfast - the food and coffee combined with the friendliness of the staff make a great start to the day.

A reduction in the price of parking. £20 a night was steep after hotel fees.

Location is excellent for walking to the centre. Service is friendly and attentive. Room was large and bed comfortable. Shower motor was a little loud but no problem. No problem with arriving back late from a wedding. Staff were quick to answer the door and welcome us.

Room was spacious and clean with a lovely outlook over the garden. Bed was made each day and towels replaced. There is a park just the other side of the road which is nice to walk round and the area is quiet with very little traffic noise. It was very convenient to walk into the city centre (about 10 minutes from the hotel) and plenty of places to eat lunch/evening meal. The hotel has its own car park which has spaces for residents at a charge of £20 per day. Breakfast was served in the breakfast room with a good menu choice - continental or full English breakfast - tea, coffee, fruit juice and a variety of smoothie shots served each morning by attentive staff.

    Nothing disappointed really.

Food was excellent, up to high end dining standards. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. The hotel provides great support for dog owners like us, with a bed and some treats provided. The location is superb, near two parks and close to river and canal walks. Even better, it's less than 5 minutes walk into the town, which is a fantastic place to visit.

The bar was shut when we got back about 10am, I was surprised. Maybe this was why it was so quiet. Not a big deal really, just fancied a pint after going to the theatre.

The hotel is really nice, lovely room, great location. 5-10 minute walk to the centre. The hotel was really quiet and peaceful which we like.

With the general high level of the hotel and the price pay you would expect bed linings to have been changed at least once during a 5 nights stay The same with amenities like shampoo, vanity kits, etc - for several days they were not provided at all I understand you could always ask and this was a minor issue, but for me quite disappointing Slippers and bathrobes would be also nice to be provided with Once again-in general I definitely recommend the hotel

The location is quiet though very close to historical centre, with the park across the street and hotel garden with beautiful flowers you are waking up with birds singing and see squirrels around. We had a charming yet modern and spacious room, big and very clean bathroom with comfortable shower The breakfast has an extensive menu and is served beautifully

Excellent location on the edge of the city centre, staff were very friendly and helpful. On site parking was a bonus. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good with a good menu. My partner's vegetarian breakfast was the best she had had.

Perfect location, lovely hotel and superb staff. Our room was even better than pictured on the website. Pretty design touches throughout including nice lighting. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding felt luxurious. The shower water pressure was strong and the toiletries were plentiful. There was a very helpful attached cosmetic/shaving mirror too. The desk was also perfect as a vanity!

Lovely hotel, professional staff, great location for a weekend away in Bath, would definitely return

The only thing we commented on was the extra charge of £20.00 per day for parking - I do understand the location of the hotel and that parking is at a premium but would think that after paying nearly £1,000.00 to stay for the weekend it would perhaps be taken into consideration that guests may be able to have parking included within this.

The hotel was located as short walk from the town centre, upon arrival we were greeted at reception and checked in to our room and were provided with a map of the local area which I thought was a really lovely touch. We were booked in for three nights and were really happy with the size of the room, excellent storage for clothes and personal belongings. It was my husbands birthday and a personal card had been written along with complimentary treats. Although we only had bed and breakfast (which was plentiful and so much choice!), each day we were asked if we had plans for dinner (which we did) as they were very aware of local eateries and had good advice and information. I would definitely recommend the hotel, clean and very comfortable and located on a quiet street, the hotel was also dog friendly which I thought was lovely.

Had to pay £20 to park in their car park - not much room & could be made better if they made it bigger by taking some of the grass back as there is a large lawn. Breakfast also charged separately, would rather it was included within the cost. Also bathroom although large, could do with a bit of an upgrade.

Able to check in early and room upgraded. Breakfast was really lovely.
