How could you ask for anymore. Amazing views lovely shepherd's hut had everything you could need. Jeanette and Andrew were amazing. Jeanette showed us around the hut and took time to show us how everything worked. AMAZING. Looking forward to our next visit

The whole stay was brilliant. The accommodation was immaculate, the area was beautiful and peaceful. I would highly recommend a stay here and the host was lovely and helpful. The locals are really friendly and the pub in the village serves amazing food.

My husband was fine with the compost toilet but it's just not for me....visitors could be made aware before booking.

Unique little hut but very contained and with a wonderful setting. Everything provided, spotlessly clean. The most comfortable bed with a view. Absolute peace and quiet. Situated on a really well kept beautiful site. A great experience! Little extras provided like wash liquid etc. Easy walk to pubs and an evening meal. Short drive to Eyemouth and other super places to visit. Loved our stay!

Modern, well thoughtout shepherd-hut. Beautiful views. In clean and tidy and peaceful surroundings. Friendly reception. Beautiful nearby clean beaches .

Nothing? We were a bit nervous about using the loo but once we got the hang of it we were fine. Perhaps having some external hanger to dry swimming/snorkelling/diving gear? If it was we could find it, but a super minor thing. I ended hanging stuff in the fence behind and the garden chair.

Everything! Lovely hut with amazing views. It has absolutely everything you would need and only 10/15 walk from the local pub to have some food and a drink.

The shower was a bit erratic and toilet facilities no flushing toilet but you are in the middle of field but I would not let that put me of going back in the future

The hut had everything we needed. Was very clean well decorated and comfortable. Handy for visiting St Abbs and Eyemouth. Lots of nice walks in surrounding area.

There is nothing to dislike here...

Host Andrew provided the perfect welcome, including a full introduction to the facilities provided, and to the wider area. The Rowan Shepherd Hut is fitted out to an exceptionally high standard, with quality apparent at every touch point. The focus here is on customer satisfaction, it's glamping at its very best. The location is perfect for exploring the area, including the magnificent St Abbs Head National Nature Reserve.

What a beautiful little place! Cosy, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Worth staying just for the gorgeous view! Close to everything you need, easy walk to the pub or short drive into Eyemouth. We were sent perfect directions beforehand and Andrew explained how everything worked for us. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back.

The hut was absolutely spotless and it had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. Andrew was warm and welcoming and we loved all of the personal touches in the hut. We would 100% recommend this to friends and family.

Everything was av in making our stay amazing. Although there is no clothing cupboards you do have wall hooks av to hang hangers on. Fortunately we brought them with change of clothes for our convenience.

Location was ideal. Quirkiness and comfort of Shepherds hut was amazing. Everything needed was available to hand. Lovely Jeanette (owner) meet us on arrival and gave us a very helpful tour of inside workings of the appliances. Will definitely be returning.
