The hotel had a great atmosphere and the rooms were a good size with good facilities. The location to Ascot Race Track was perfect. The breakfast choices were incredible, we were very impressed. Tracy was brilliant, she checked us in and answered all of our questions.

pub was a bit noisy for chatting but we still very much enjoyed several meals there!

Breakfast menu had too many options using Avocado's - which I personally don't like. Room was rather hot, so advisable to leave balcony door open but on secure fastening, if on 1st floor.

Good location, easy to find. Very large car park but also on bus route between main towns & Heathrow airport. Very busy bar & restaurant giving good vibe. Large food portions served by friendly & helpful staff. Hotel manager (Tracey) knowledgeable about local area & places to visit.

One of our party was ill, which I think was just one of those things, so wouldn't put off us going back. There was a bit of noise from the road, but again nothing to stop us visiting again.

Great location very easy access to Ascot and trains into London. Restaurant was big and busy but great food. Rooms are modern, spacious and everything in them you need. Great WiFi throughout the property.

Great facilities, including a large TV in the room - and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Very good car parking. Great breakfast selection and attentive staff. We stayed 2 nights and were visiting family. We would definitely use this hotel again. It was perfect for our needs and very good value.

Seemed to have a problem with room cards not working both me and my colleague had to return to reception to reprogram card on arrival. Rooms where a distance from reception so bit of a pain with all your luggage, to check in you have to join queue for diners to be seated so there is an unnecessary wait to check in. Excellent quality breakfast but plates and bowls need to be warned, as beans and mushrooms were cold.

Loved that it was so close to LaplandUK which was our reason for booking it. Staff were extremely helpful.. especially the manager Tracey who made a room available for us at 11:30am well ahead of check in time.. this was greatly appreciated as we had flown over from Ireland that morn at 7:30am so kids (aged 5&7) had been up and awake since just before 5am and needed a sleep badly.

I think if you are staying at the hotel, you should have allocated parking. Because of events and with Lapland UK so close, it was extremely busy and couldn’t get a parking space, so had to park in a disabled space until a space became available.

Lovely pub and restaurant with rooms attached. Food was really good and staff friendly, even though it was extremely busy.

It was a bit expensive for 1 night, however we understand that given the time of year and the location, the prices would be a bit steep.

Very clean and presentable. Lovely Christmas touches throughout. Room was beautiful with lots of amenities. The most perfect location for Lapland UK and heading into Windsor town centre. Food was also really lovely and staff very polite.

The rooms were great however none of us actually managed more than 3 hours sleep. They were just too hot and we couldn’t cool them down. It really impacted our day we had planned at Lapland as we were just exhausted. We couldn’t ask for help as reception had closed at 11.

Rooms were as pictured and the restaurant was a fantastic little bonus for us! We weren’t expecting such a high standard restaurant. Location was also perfect for what we were after, Lapland UK being a 2 minute drive away!
