Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When I arrived I was greeted by a helpful receptionist who escorted me from the Waverley to the Royal Hotel. The room was not hoovered and the carpet was soiled with dust, crumbs and bits. The kettle, skirting etc was covered in dust and a massive amount of dust was present behind the headboard of the bed. I inspected the sheets and judged them unclean, not changed after the previous guest. I called reception and asked for clean sheets. Those were delivered promptly. The room was about 45 degrees hot, while the radiator in the room was...COLD... believe me! In the bathroom, the temperature was about 60 degrees, which explained the matter. This door was closed and so the warmth flowed through to the bedroom, I guess. The wind was on a wide lath when I arrived and I had to keep it open throughout the night as the heater in the bathroom would not let me regulate it. When I left I did remove the sheets; and I recommend this, just as a helping hand.

United KingdomThe floorboards were very creaky, anyone walking past in the hallway caused my floorboards to creak too, very loud. No hot water and no towel provided, lovely bathroom facilities but pointless having them. Radiator didn't work.

United KingdomBed dipped in middle. Toilet roll holder was missing. The wooden panel holding the door to the room was badly damaged. The screws on both sides of the toilet door were loose and protruding. There were two cups- one on the tray, which was dirty and the other in the toilet, having obviously been used to wash and had not been cleaned or replaced. The floor had not been hoovered effectively and there were long hairs and crumbs. Finally, despite the booking claiming I would be furnished with towels, there were none supplied. Most disappointing

Hotel was not the one we booked. We booked the Waverley hotel, however the owner was renovating the George hotel. We had to walk to the George hotel at end of the street. Rooms were OK, shower very poor and only continental breakfast. Poor value.

Central location in Dingwall, at the south end of the High Street and close to the railway station. Breakfast was complimentary and ample. TV was a nice bonus too.
