Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The restaurant is superb. Eat in the cocktail lounge and you could genuinely be in any of the top social dining restaurants in the UK. Order a selection of the nibbles and starters and you won't be disappointed

United KingdomI would have liked a pen and some paper in my room as I forgot to pack any. But the bar staff were happy to lend me one so non big deal. Having pre-registered online as requested I was a little surprised to be asked the same questions again, eg. meal times.
The hotel was a quirky mix of traditional British hotel and good modern refurbishment. The dining room was nicely done and the en-suite in my room had good modern fittings. My evening meal, Sea Bass, was really nice and I passed compliments to the chef. My wine choice of a Shiraz was good too. Breakfast choice was good, i had Eggs Benedict though full English was an option. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff and it seemed really clean. Easy parking, close to the motorway, fairly quiet.

It’s a nice hotel close to the station, The staff are really friendly. The food is seriously good. Well done to the chef. . The room was comfortable with a god shower. breakfast was brilliant value for money. Really enjoyed my stay and would like to go back (when I’m not working!)

The unfortunate thing was that I was staying because of a late finish and the heating had been off in the room. It never really got fully warm in the evening but was nice and cosy in the morning. I’d stay again, everything in the room said thoughtful
