If anything the room is a little on the small side but was absolutely fine for us.

Everything...kelly ticked all the boxes, extremely knowledgable host who gives you excellent imfo on what to go and see and were to eat. This area is stunning and along with the outstanding accommodation and very comfy bed makes for a top holiday. We have been traveling for 2 months now and this accommodation has been the 'Best'.

There was nothing to improve on

The location was central to all the places we wanted to visit. The room was stunning and the continental breakfast was different every day. It was our wedding anniversary whilst we were there and Kelly gave us a card , a bottle of lager and a bottle of champagne. They have 2 dogs and 3 cats and every member of the family was so friendly. Would definitely recommend

Everything was great. Delabole itself doesn't offer a great deal and you definitely need your own transport.

Extremely clean and furnished with care and love. Very comfortable and homely. Kelly was very welcoming and helpful - even offered to pick us up some fish and chips. Even the pets are friendly. Generous continental.breakfast and fruit were provided fresh each day . Well located for short drives to Tintagel Castle, Port Isaac and Bocastle and not too far to visit Clovelly.

Perfect little place! So many cute little touches and clever use of space. Location is great and close to many beaches and tourist attractions of Cornwall. Kelly is such a lovely host. Nothing is too much trouble and shes so kind and helpful….it’s like visiting a friend! She also has the cutest furry friends which (to me) is an added bonus! 🐾🫶🏻

Wonderful place to stay, Kelly has thought of everything and was a superb host. The tray of continental breakfast was enough to keep us going til lunchtime. The Sapling was comfortable and very welcoming and would go and stay again. On short drives there were places to eat in the evening, Kelly was very helpful in recommending where to go.

Kelly's passion for running a B&B is evident and her nature to please her guests is foremost in her mind. Nothing was too much for her or her husband Albert when it came to asking for advice about where to go or where to eat (they even helped fix a travel item). Their genuine friendliness made our stay so much more enjoyable and the daily, fresh breakfast was much appreciated. We also loved our daily afternoon catch-ups with them. Definitely recommend The Sapling as a place to relax and recharge. You guys won't be forgotten!

Fabulous accommodation in a small hamlet deep in the north Cornish countryside, but within easy reach of all the local highlights. Good pubs and cafe within a couple of miles. Kelly is a wonderful host who goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect and give advice on where to go and what to do. Highly recommended.

The Sapling is set in a gorgeous location in a tiny hamlet. The room is perfectly sized and is comfy, and practical. It has a lovely patio area where all you can hear are the birds, and the hosts are friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful owners who made us feel very welcome. Kelly was lovely to chat to and has decorated the bedroom with style. She's utilised the space well to accommodate a small fridge and tea/ coffee making area. The outside patio area was wonderful to relax in the evenings as the weather was amazing. The dogs and cats are also super friendly, and the area outside the house is green and peaceful. It's away from the crowded tourist spots but within easy travelling distance. We had a fantastic time in the area.
