Everything what a beautiful hotel and the staff are fantastic. I have kept the hotel on my phone to rebook for another stay nothing to complain about. Breakfast tasty and plenty of choice. Also time slot great get a sleep in.looked at evening meals they looked fab.next time I'm going to try them especially carvery. Room very comfy fab hotel!!

Super warm and welcoming, the lady that served in the bar and breakfast was a good laugh and nothing was too much trouble. Perfect location to walk to most thinks and lots to see and do in the surrounding areas so can't fault. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful too to set us up for a good day seal watching.

A really great hotel, super location! 10/10 for the breakfast. I must also mention Tracy one of the staff at breakfast who couldn’t have been any nicer to our child! Even making a point of knowing his name when he came down in the morning! A real credit to the owner. I would recommend %100 a stay here!

An absolute lovely hotel. All the staff were friendly and the front of house staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! Everything we could want and more. We also had the Sunday lunch carvery and loved it. We loved the hotel so much we booked our next visit before we left. Highly recommend! A gem of a hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location,with friendly staff, very clean and great service. We ate in the hotel Friday night and the carvery was delicious. We stayed for a dance competition near by and due to having an early start, which would have meant we missed breakfast time but the hotel very kindly put a special little table out with fruit and other breakfast goodies to ensure we didn’t miss out, along with a good luck sign for the girls dancing. Really went that extra mile. Would highly recommend.

Rooms were spotless, staff were always happy and nothing was too much trouble, they went above and beyond to make our dancers happy and made sure they were fed. Great choice of food, carvery was big hit. Perfect location for the beach. We will definitely return

Slightly dated decor but very well kept. Wouldn't put me off returning.

Location fantastic, five minute walk to the Spa, 10 mins to the harbour. Room huge and spacious. Food really good, staff service excellent and very friendly. Bed super comfortable, plenty of hot water.

Not enough complimentary toiletries for 2 people for 2 nights. No housekeeping to room for the second night, bed not made, cups not washed/changed, complimentary tea etc not replenished. Room very hot, but fan provided. Not enough bright light for doing makeup.

Staff were very friendly and helpful but remained professional. Evening carvery was varied and tasty and the festive menu (for Christmas/New Year) was imaginative. Breakfast was exceptional. The views to the sea are exceptional from the lounge and dining room. Having a bath (as well as a shower) was a rare treat.

No Seaview,no stand up shower,we were in eves, no lift,but a was on crutches at time of visit, so all these would not normally have not have been a problem, will book a room next visit with all these in mind.
