The sound of music and voices coming from the bar is noticeable in the evening in our room. The breakfast time is very early (8 to 9am). The food was of variable quality. We had inedible over-smoked bacon on our second morning. Pricey

Very impressed with the location right on the harbour. The rooms overlooking the harbour was extremely comfortable and well furnished. The bed was super comfy, the shower was the best I’ve experienced in this country

Carpet coming into the room is filthy, a mat here would be useful ? Tv had no connection. Laundry? Or something was giving of an odour i can only describe as wet dog smell i kept catching wiffs of it after shower and think it was the towels.

Lovely pub with excellent food and drink options. Staff were lovely and helpful. Location is lovely and close to reasonable priced parking at £5 for 24 hours on the harbour. Breakfast is amazing with options to suit all. provisions in your room are top class. Spacious and excellent shower

Room smelt - I think it may have been the carpet as it looked like it needed a clean. The restaurant was also very dirty/grubby looking - especially the floor

    Perfect location. Very friendly staff.

A lovely little gem of a place which we enjoyed during a 3 day mini break to Cornwall. Great location for coastal walks and exploring further afield. The staff were welcoming and friendly at all times, plenty of food choices (breakfast was fantastic and set us up for the day - big shout out to Lisa who looked after us) great beer and entertainment in the evening. The room we stayed in (Room 3) was spot on and surprisingly spacious with a big lovely comfy bed/ bed linen, tasteful decor with a few nice extra touches, and was absolutely immaculate. Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable relaxing few days at The Ship Inn in beautiful Mousehole - we hope to return again very soon.

Parking might be a challenge at other times of year. Menu at supper was ordinary. Surprised there was no other fish available other than battered hake and mussels. However well cooked. Breakfast less well cooked as eggs overdone(perhaps we should have said how we liked them).

Large pub on the quay overlooking charming Mousehole harbour. Quiet on our visit in January. Charming hosts who were very welcoming. Stunning view from our room(no 3) especially with the sunrise. Room very comfortable with all mod cons and large walk in shower; bathroom had low level courtesy lights at night, a good touch.

Absolutely no complaints about the accommodation but some of the overnight parking in Mousehole is overpriced. Basically avoid the Harbourmaster car park.

Very friendly, welcoming and comfortable hotel in an idyllic location. We had a lovely room overlooking the harbour and our stay coincided with the Christmas lights.
