The waterpressure in the shower was low and the drain was clogged. Two steep flights of stairs to some of the rooms, which was fine for me but could be tricky if you're not aware beforehand.

Room was comfortable. Staff were responsive before the trip, and they were helpful and friendly during my stay. The heating worked well, on a very cold night in London. Would recommend.

The only thing that stopped the review being perfect was the toilet pan, which was heavily stained with lime scale. It was clean enough, but looked pretty awful.

Really warm welcome and excellent explanation of the process. Very nice room with a comfortable bed and good decor.Cosy and soundless despite being on a main road and above a pub. Shower was perfect and heated towel rail was great. Lovely touches with the sweet jar and coffee frother.

The menu is limited, mainly pizzas and chips, but food is good value and tasty. Shame there is no breakfast option for overnight guests but it's easy to find a local cafe.

Lovely spacious, clean room. Stylishly decorated and very cosy with everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay. Fantastic value for money The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. They even re-opened the kitchen to make us a pizza as we made it back later than we thought and hadn't eaten. Excellent service! And all with a smile, which makes a massive difference.

The room was hardly premium as booked but just bigger than average. The shower was too small for man size to shower without having door open. The Ship is not a traditional pub as described but more like a pizza joint with loud music in the bar until midnight, so don’t stay here if you want a quiet room. We had hoped to eat in The Ship but had to find traditional pub grub elsewhere.

Close to Waterloo and tube stations. Good tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Smart TV.

Coffee machine and tea bags. Prefer breakfast teabags with milk and easier to use sachets of instant coffee. Machine took a bit of working out to make a coffee. Gave up first morning. Room a bit dark with low energy bulbs. These are quite minor faults though. Enjoyed our stay.

toilet seat wasn’t fixed properly ceiling was dripping cos of the rain shower head was awful most of the nozzles were blocked the milk was shared by other rooms which is fine but wasn’t replaced when it was used up so none for coffee in the morning water in bottles tasted a bit strange as well ended up buying our own from shop.

pub downstairs was great staff were lovely and the location is great bus right opposite takes you into London centre in 10 mins

It was totally fine for us, but anyone with mobility issues would definitely have a tough time staying here. There are a fair amount of stairs for the rooms and there is no elevator.

We are big Premier and Champions League fans... so the fact that the attached restaurant had a wonderful big screen for all the games was amazing and totally unexpected. Made it easy to pop down for a bite to eat and a beer. Was nice that it felt more like a local inn than a big hotel. Thanks for having us!

We visited during the heat wave. There was no air conditioning so we sweltered. Tge staff did their best be getting us a fan, which circulated the hot air. When we arrived the previous guest's belongings were still in our room, so we had to wait to gain access.
