The shower was OK but not the best I have been in. I also had to take advantage of the ear plugs to block out the external noise.

The welcome by the staff was friendly and hospitable. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for my visit as it was within walking distance of where I was working.

No hot water and quite a lot of noise from outside. The hotel did provide ear defenders though which is a first from any other hotel I have stayed in.

There was no breakfast available - that was not made clear on the booking page. The shower fitment was loose and not properly adjustable; access to the very small shower cubicle was at the corner and was very narrow; the water temperature was difficult to adjust, it fluctuated between freeze and scald with no comfortable middle ground. There was lot of slamming of doors.

There was no milk in the room. So we had to have black tea and coffee. And also it was quite noisy. We heard banging, phones ringing and people talking, so the walls must be pretty thin. Would have been nicer if the check out had been 11am rather than 10 am. We were allowed an extension till 10.30, but 11 would have been better.

The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was a bit tired. The TV did not work properly, there was no or intermittent sound only. The central heating did not heat the room did not warm the room sufficiently, therefore the electric heater had to be used. No heating in the bathroom, other than the towel rail, made the room cold in the evening and early morning. Hot water for the basin took over 5 minutes to come through in the morning, but was ok in the evening.

The location of the Silver Cup was great, and the food was fantastic. So nice to be able to change courses due to dietary requirements and the information given by the staff relating to each course was informative.

I am not convinced the value of the room was reflected in the amenities available (but it was close). The first thing I noticed was the earplugs on the bedside tables. The heating was good in the room, but the shower was not terribly powerful and the shower leaked slightly. I think if the room was a little cheaper this would be overlooked. Also no biscuits with the tea and coffee, I know that sounds silly, but was missing and I had done a long trip to get there. Also no breakfast.

I liked how clean it was, and how friendly the dog on the landing was. He was a good boy. The staff were friendly enough and helped me to my room. The shower worked and was hot and I body wash, shampoo and conditioner was there.

The rooms need some updating /redecorating but as we only stayed one night and just needed a bed for the night this wasn't an issue for us.

No breakfast offered. The room was tired but warm and clean. Parking could have been an issue but we were fortunate to get one of the two spots available. The pub was cheerful and busy.

I felt that the room was tired and needed a little tlc. There was mould on the worn carpet near the window and covered up holes in the bathroom tiles. The shower was poor and keeping a constant temperature was a challenge.

It was lovely and clean and comfortable. Coffee making facilities good and provided hairdryer. Staff really lovely, friendly and welcoming. Food delicious.

Only two parking spaces although there was on road parking near by and a small free public car park almost opposite. No breakfast facilities but plenty of other options a very short walk away.

Great location being in Harlesden and a few minutes walk from the centre with shops and places to eat. Friendly helpful staff and our room was ready early. Great value.

As a pub that said it served food, we couldn’t get anything as visited early week. Shower very old, hard to get in and nothing to hold on to.
