From the moment we entered the property we felt at home. Maria gave us a very warm welcome and was very knowledgeable about the local area and best places to eat and visit. The room was very well equipped, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The tea/coffee, fresh milk, orange juice and cereals were very much appreciated. The view from the room was lovely, we ate our breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pond. (At night the lights were very pretty.) We were visiting Your Horse Live in nearby Stoneleigh, so it was perfect for us. Will definitely return. Thank you so much

beautiful house in lovely rural surroundings , so comfortable, like a home from home but better! The hosts ,Phil & Maria are a proper treat. In fact it’s so good I’m going back next week. Tons better than a hotel!!!

The room was very comfortable with a great wet room ensuite. A light breakfast was supplied in the room which suited me.

If you are tall, the sloping ceilings around the bed might be tricky.

The owners went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I had a injured foot; they provided ice and gave us a lift to our party down the road. I liked the little kitchen and the seating area with a lovely view.

A lovely place to spend a few days. Maria was the best host very welcoming. The room was great, plenty of space and loved the separate dressing room and bathroom. The outdoor space and views were amazing. Will definitely be back in the spring or summer time to enjoy this.

Nothing. If I had to say one thing....... I would have liked a toaster in the room as I love toast for brekki. The suite had a microwave and a fridge which was great, but I really missed my toast!!

We loved our stay here. From the moment we arrived Maria and Phil made us feel very welcome. They were helpful telling us where the local pub is and information about the surrounding area. Our suite was really clean and the bed very comfortable. The views from our private balcony were fab. It was such a peaceful setting. We felt really relaxed here.

The fact we only booked one night!

I loved everything about the stay. The hosts Phil and Maria as well as Sparky were exceptionally welcoming. The view from the room was very asthetically pleasing too. We really did not want to leave. We would highly recommend this destination to others and will definitely visit again.
