Living area was a little small compared to the number beds/people staying. Few steps up to the lift therefore not good for wheelchair users.

Central property, lift available for those with mobility issues in the party. Apartments were clean and well equipped.

The doors were not clean, probably hadn't been cleaned in quite a while - reddish brown finger marks on the lower part of our bedroom door were unacceptable.

Plenty of room, comfortable beds, nice hot shower, good kitchen facilities, friendly and helpful reception staff, excellent location.

Shower cubicle was quite dirty at the seal My daughter has skin problems so we didn't use shower. Everything else was very good 👍

Mostly everything. We were lost and called the Spires Gary directed us and said if we were still lost he would come and get us, which was really appreciated but we got there in the end.

Its an old building in the centre of town, so the noise level at the weekend, late at night is quite loud. The windows are glazed, so there is little else that can be done.

No staff on site that we saw at all. There are 2 clubs nearby which were very noisy, especially in the early hours of the morning, so not great if you've got an early morning! The building was extremely warm, we had to leave bedroom doors open to cool them down -for too hot.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We only stayed on night so didn't make use of the kitchen facilities but it had everything you would need, if we had. The rooms were great and beds very comfy. Check in and check out was easy. Very close to all local amenities and tourist areas!

The only thing I would advise is that it was on a busy social street with a few bars. Nothing the staff can do about it and a small price to pay if you want to be in such a great location, with beautiful accommodation and for such a great price. In fairness anywhere in the city centre Edinburgh will have the same problem. It didn't really bother me as I don't mind the hustle and bustle, I was out enjoying it too. But if you want slightly quieter maybe ask for one of the apartments on the back end of the building away from the busy street.

It was super comfortable. Really clean and had everything you needed for a self serviced stay. The price for the location was exceptionally reasonable. So cheap for being right in the centre of Edinburgh, even though I was going in March so not peak times but when I compared to other places in the area of the same standard the prices were still a lot cheaper. Gary, the concierge, on the phone was very helpful and very friendly. The communication before the stay was very good and there was absolutely no confusion about how to get in to the apartment and easy to get a hold of if any problems. No stress at all. Absolutely loved it and felt like I had my own little flat in Edinburgh. Felt like a baller on a very reasonable budget.

Lovely place to stay..very central. We had an apartment suite which was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen living area was very well equipped, perfect for a long stay. I would recommend the Spires.

Although generally well cleaned, there was bit of dust not cleaned in corners of bedroom which was bit off putting. Toilet roll holder was also quite a stretch to reach from toilet and would have been great to have a hook or two in bathroom.

Location was excellent and space in apartment was great. We had an apartment at the top and it seemed nice and quiet over night which was great. Staff we met were all very friendly and helpful!!

No space for dogs to go to toilet on the premise, the dryer combo is not drying well, window can’t be closed so it was noisy in the bedroom.

The biggest drawback of the apartment, in my view, was the cranking up of bottles at night from the bar next to it as it was really noisy and disturbing at the same time while we were sleeping.

We like the apartment as it was spacious and well maintained. Amenities were well provided in the kitchen, Overall Good experience. 👍

TV is too small but is ok All chanell work properly But youtube and Netflix were not ready to be watched. But with super fast Wi-Fi, we could watch from Tab

I made an email regarding one of the bulbs 💡 of the exhauster not being active (dead lamp). The lamp of refrigerator is not active, also Both lamps were not active when i did check-in on Sunday I worried that they would charge me. On Monday, i met one staff member, and I told him whatever happened. He explained to me politely that was caused by me. He is a good person. Room clean All facilities of kitchen set are very good 👍 Both of the bathrooms are clean. No bad smells Heaters are very good due to outside temperature below 7 degrees Celsius So the all room in warm. Wifi is super fast and stable InsyaAllah, next year we will come again

The en suit was out of order. I understand that this happens but there was no mention of this before we arrived and no apology or compensation when we had paid for a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. It was also very noisy. Whilst we understand that this happens being in a city centre location, the window was stuck open when we arrived and so we just had the screen in front. This meant that there was a lot of noise on the street until we’ll after 3am. I am glad it wasn’t my children I was with.

Great location. We could easily walk to both the Christmas market and shops and also to the Playhouse as we were seeing a show. The beds were comfortable and a good space for our group of 4.
