The pictures gave the impression that the rooms were much more spacious. I didn't mind it. I found the room to be very comfortable and cosy, but I also don't like false advertising. The hotel was very quiet, but when one of the main entrance doors slam shut the whole building shakes.

It was very central, but still pretty quiet. I found the room to be very modern, cosy, well-equipped and comfortable. The bed was also very nice, though a single rather than a double. Because it was very central, the amenities were close and plentiful. It was very handy fort the Marathon, which started from the Market Place, just a couple of minutes up the road. The service was very friendly and the staff were very helpful.

Would have liked some instructions for heater, hob, microwave. Checking in was difficult. No staff on reception after 3pm, had an email to say that would be the case. Code to enter building not received until 1615.

The only issues were that the room (8) backed onto an extractor which ran until early hours, and the room was warm. Not a problem for me as I sleep with industrial ear plugs, but my partner struggled with the noise and heat. However I imagine this would only apply to certain rooms.

The staff at the weekend were very friendly, the continental breakfast provision was really good with lots of choice, and the room and communal areas were very clean and tidy. Great location as right in the centre. Large TV in the room, comfy king bed, and good sized bathroom. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

However, the only downside was that the LED lights in our bathroom were stuck on flashing mode, and unfortunately, the remote for controlling them had a dead battery. This issue was quite annoying during our stay. In the future, I would suggest ensuring that during room checks, the remotes are working properly and that the mode isn't set to flashing inadvertently.

No staff on site and entry via code for entrypad - our code was incorrect so we had to wait for a member of staff to arrive to recode.

Stayed for a family wedding - this is at little jewel on the high street in Boston. It's a tardius as well...... I had a studio room... Felt as if I had moved in - the young guy on reception was a delightful gent... I was on crutches and he carried my bags from the car to the room and back to the car as I was leavinging. It does have an elevator that was a bonus. Would defo stay there again
