If I have to pick an issue, which is being very picky. A DVD player was provided at the property which in fact wasn't compatible with the TV, very minor and was not a problem.

Location and accommodation was perfect for my trip. The facilities were excellent. The property was lovely and warm for this time of year.

Walk into town centre was manageable, probably took 15mins to 20mins, but if doing everyday was a lot, ended up getting a local taxi that charged about £7, but that was fine. Electric oven and hob was a bit of a challenge to use, instructions that were provided were a different model, so you had to use a bit of trial and error to get it working.

House was modern, well furnished, clean and well looked after, in a nice area in a cul-de-sac.

Quite small showers. No mirror lights. Some things need repairing (dishwasher loose, bath plug!). Underfloor heating remotely controlled by landlord (we should have called earlier that it was too cold but somehow missed the opportunity) I rather control temperature myself. Too few kitchen utensils. In general the flat needs some attention by the landlord to keep it perfect.

Good and quiet location. Spacious flat. Superb beds. 3 bathrooms (one en suite). Nice lounge. Washdryer in uitilty room. Car park! Good WiFi. In general a very pleasant stay.

Lack of kitchen condiments and essentials for a short stay. Ensuite lacked storage area/shelf for essentials.

Oven and hob were a bit fiddly, but got there in the end. Manual or instructions in the welcome pack would have helped. Everything else was excellent and better than expected.

Very spacious modern apartment, 3 bedrooms were very comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. Modern fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. Large tv with bluetooth capability for music, very comfortable large sofa. The owners were very friendly and accommodated an early check-in and later check-out. Very quiet cul-de-sac with private parking. Lovely outdoor space with chairs and table for sitting / eating outside.

There was very little to not like. Perhaps better lighting in the main bathroom above the shower and over the mirror would be good. We struggled to use the hob and oven as there are no instructions in the manual. Got there in the end! Also very few teaspoons in the cutlery drawer.

The property is very spacious and cosy. The beds were extremely comfortable. The utility room was handy to have too.

Having more cleaning products (dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc.) would be useful as we ran out towards the end of the stay

The property is better than the photos. In a quiet residential street. Owner was helpful and quick to respond. Great base for the area. Plenty of parking spaces.

The main bathroom was very dark, no light in shower cubicle, no light over mirror, The. Patio doors when opened was very dirty on the bottom runner, Looked like never been cleaned, The locks on the small toilet at front door and the en suite doors are bit stiff, my mum and sister thought they was stuck in the toilet. Bit disappointed that there was no seats or table for garden area, although it is an open plan area for all apartments but would have been nice if there was few chairs , they could be stored in the utility room folded down and hooked on the wall, so you could take them out when nice and sunny.
