Tea and coffee facilities but no milk .. Would have appreciated larger bath towels...but were very impressed with the accommodation and will definitely be back

Excellent location within walking distance of our favourite beach ...we also enjoyed a walk into Paignton and a bus ride back... the room was absolutely fine, everything you might need, lovely shower ..The weather was mixed during our stay but we did manage to have our breakfast outside one morning....fantastic view even saw the train from the garden ... lovely

Dislike is not the correct terminology, however there is a beautiful patchwork quilt on the bed which is heavy as mentioned in an older review. Simple fold up neatly and remove as we did as there is a beautifully warm quilt underneath as well. We are hoping to obtain some Stoep honey when we are next in the area again.

Our room was clean, comfortable, with a small fridge, crockery with tea and coffee facilities. A bathroom my wife loved. The huge sea view is amazing and the whole process so easy right down to obtaining the key as the room is completely independent of the main house. Would have been great to of met our hosts Kev and Kath in person.

Incredible views, a real hidden gem of a place, would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing break, I am not surprised this is rated as exceptional

The only thing that could be a downside is the parking, if someone who isn’t comfortable driving/reversing. A couple times I came back there were a few vehicles about.

Location was perfect. If you get clear skies the mornings are glorious when you wake up and look out of the room.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The host (Kath) was welcoming. The accommodation is in a good location (on the Brixham side of Paignton), off the main road in a quiet residential street with a stunning view of the sea. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed to make a continental breakfast (crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, mini fridge (large enough for cartons of milk)). There was also tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits. In the bathroom are shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and bubble bath to use. Would recommend and will return if back in the area.

Nothing could have been better everything was excellent!

The accommodation is room only with separate en suite with bath/shower. TV, kettle with tea & coffee crockery & cutlery. Fridge & toaster & much more. Friendly owners Kath & Kev just let you get on with your stay. The Stoep is first class accommodation with outstanding cleanliness.

Everything was to our liking.

It was perfect. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Kath was very welcoming and was apologetic for the works being carried out on a nearby property but it made little impact to our visit. We had a great time.
