Only 3 coffee pods for two people in the room and maybe 3 milks? The tea selection was very poor. This hotel has nice toiletries but there wasn't any body lotion and there has always been wherever I've stayed. No iron in the room and one hoodie which was nice but not big enough for two to share.... There was a very unpleasant stale smell in the hotel communal areas.

The room was nice and clean, we upgraded and got a larger room so very spacious.

No negatives to say , the rooms were amazing and modern, the lighting was relaxing , but not ideal for getting ready in due to our stay being in winter , an option to choose between light and dim would be great

The hotel was perfect , modern and lively and central to get to Westfield that was a few minutes away and 20 minute walk from Abba voyage that we had tickets for and the walk to get there was lovely

I would have appreciated free mini bottles of Water in the hotel room. We bought ours from the supermarket near by which wasn’t a hustle because we just ordered it in. That’s all.

Breakfast service was quick and the food was great. Beautiful Beautiful Studio Rom. Restaurant ambiance 100% Stuff - Very Kind, polite and always friendly. Made us feel at ease. Any questions we had about the vicinity, Stuff answered swiftly and kindly. The minibar was filled to perfection and the price for the stuff we had didn’t really break the bank. Location is the best thing, Access to Subway, Train,Busses & Taxis. Very Convenient. I just loved 🥰 everything and will sure be back. The receptionist Enya was super nice! She definitely made the welcome memorable. As I had come from a previous hotel where the standards were well below par! I checked in for 25mins and left. Then came to The Stratford. The facilities are excellent. The room was clean and had everything you needed. I loved the info being on the iPad and the radio, so I could take this in the bathroom with me. The speakers so I could connect up my own sounds. Good minibar selection. And the bed!!! I could have stayed in there all night! I will definitely be coming back for a little Home from home getaway for the weekend. And this time will sample the bar and restaurant which I am sure will be excellent as well!
