Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe had a sea view room but it made it cold in the room and the window was misted. I appreciate it takes a battering with being on the sea front. Our room was dated and tired and not like the one on the booking site. I think we may have got a grotty room due to having our 2 little dogs with us.
The hottel was clean but our room was tired and so were the stairways. It was clean however and the staff were great and friendly. It was ideally placed on the main sea front.

United KingdomRoom was excellent. Think it might have been recently refurbished - bathroom was to a really good standard. Had a lovely sea view which was an unexpected bonus. Reception staff on the Saturday evening very helpful (ordered a taxi which were in short supply!) and pleasant. Checking out on the Sunday morning the lady on reception was cheerful, polite and friendly. Ample free parking on the road outside. Would definitely stay again.

United KingdomWhat let the hotel down was the restaurant side . The breakfast was a buffet breakfast which was not satisfactory . The restaurant food was very poor.The only night we ate there we sent our main course back ,,very below par ,hard new potatoes ,tinned peas with over cooked veg . Starter was cold soup . Most people there at the time were not happy .
