The bed was very uncomfortable. There was no mattress cover which may have lessened the feel of the springs digging into my ribs. A more modern foam style mattress would have been better.

Breakfast very good but would have liked the choice of a continental style meal with cereal and fruit. Location near the high street was very good.

No remote control for TV had to ask for one. Curtain hanging off track for my whole stay. Would have thought housekeeping would of dealt with it after I had brought it to the attention of a member of staff. Cleaning a bit lacking. Bathroom sink not cleaned.

The bar area was very nice. Staff I had dealings with were very pleasant.

Nothing really. Tbh I only slept there. I was visiting a relative who doesn't have a spare bedroom.

I didn't have breakfast. The hotel is a bit outside the centre of Biggleswade but not much. Fairly basic but perfectly acceptable.

Decor was poor, curtains hanging off the curtain rail. An easily fixed problem, that made the room look bad but also let in loads of light in the morning. Pillow were terrible, again another easy fix surely? Huge unpainted bit of bath panel, another coat could tidy up the look of the whole bathroom. The single room we als booked, was frozen cold, decor not upgraded at all, looked like a youth hostel. Staff at the hotel side (especially night staff when we returned at midnight) were miserable. On checking out no one was available. Staff in the restaurant were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Great restaurant, situated centrally in the village. , this hotel has great potential, spacious rooms.

Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. There was no cold water, even the cold water tap was warm.

Location was great, although our room next to a busy road. Food was fantastic, as was the choice of beer.

THE ROOM WAS COOL AS THE RADIATOR WAS TURNED OFF, IT WAS ALSO LEAKING A LOT OF WATER. I DID REPORT THIS TO RECEPTION. IT MUST HAVE BEEN LEAKING FOR SOME TIME AS INDICATED BY THE WATER STAINS ON THE CARPET. THE BED WAS NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL. I EXPECT THE BED WAS OLD.

THE BREAKFAST WAS REALLY EXCELLENT, WELL COOKED AND WELL PRESENTED. A GREAT CHOICE OF COOKED FOOD. THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE BEDROOM WAS CLEAN.

Had to wait quite a while at reception to check in. Did ring the bell a number of times to get attention, was eventually deal with.

Location was excellent for my needs. Room was larger than I was expecting, so was a pleasant surprise. Slept very well. Enjoyed breakfast

Although it was at the back so that there was no noise from traffic, people (possibly staff) were talking loudly. Also at 10 pm a load of empties were thrown into a bin, making a right noise. Also the sink was half blocked. It took ages to empty. I told the receptionist. Staff were not particularly welcoming.

It was convenient to meet up with a friend who lives a few miles away.

Purchased suite situated on top floor toilet and shower situated under eves could not stand upright in bath/shower or toilet. Grime on floor / corners
