The bedroom was fitted with a kitchen. However there was no table nor chair to eat. There was no soap, shower cream or washing up liquid.

The shower gel container was empty although there was shampoo and conditioner. Also very little soap. I always think it would be a good idea to leave instructions for the shower as I’m one of those people who can’t work out which way to regulate the temperature!

The room was a good size with plenty of hooks etc. to hang up clothes. Beds were comfortable and the temperature was ideal. Entry system worked well.

There were a couple of issues that the landlord wasn’t aware of, but did address. I didn’t mention the glass door into the bedroom has a bright exit sign the other side of it, we had to hang a blank over the door to make the room dark. There was a blind which only half covered the door and had a broken roll mechanism.

The outside was poorly presented, The en- suite was tiny and the exterior fan didn’t work. The air freshener was empty and noisy. The runner carpet in the hall was sticking up and I tripped on it, so we had to lift the end and tucked it under.

You could hear people on the upper floor a bit, but everything was quiet at night :) It would be useful to add dish soap and maybe a knife, but that is only a small thing.

Excellent location - everything was within walking distance. The accommodation was nice, clean and had everything we needed. I can't complain about anything important. If you are looking for accommodation near the center, in a quiet location where you will mainly sleep and maybe watch TV - I recommend. :)

Not the cleanest I’m afraid. Another 10 minutes would have rectified the issues. Very dusty bedside lamps, mirrors and shower screen very smeary, bathroom floor was dirty and needed a mop. The floor had been hovered but there was some stains a quick mop would have rectified. There was a back door within our accommodation that was unlocked and no key for it which made me feel uneasy about sleeping but felt it was too late at night to disturb the staff via text Would benefit from some washing up liquid, dish cloth and towel

The microwave was dirty, luckily we didn’t need to use it. There was nothing to clean our cups with that we used. There was no toiletries like shower gel and shampoo etc The bathroom needing finishing off in parts and there was something on the ceiling in the bathroom. The door at the side of the apartment was unlocked and we couldn’t lock it.

The property was nice decorated in parts. And had a nice lay out and it was central to where we were going It was easy to access too

The lack of soap and detergent for dishwashing. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear a lot of noise from upstairs. Otherwise everything was very nice and I recomand it.

The place was very nice and clean. Close to the city center.

Good dinning table was provided it would have been great had they provided a toaster or a microwave.

Spacious rooms, well maintained rooms. Located in a quiet residential block little outside the centre but walkable from restaurants and supermarkets. Seamless check in and responsive host.

Spacious family room, we came with a lot of luggage and were lucky enough to be given a large room. We stayed in room 4. Beds were comfortable, tea coffee sugar milk were filled to the top. Check in was simple we had our codes to get in. Area was nice we didn’t take public transportation, everything was walking distance.

Everything The cups were dirty There was shower was not hot consistently! It world suddenly go cold! The blind were not serving its purpose The water pressure for hot water was pathetic! THE ROOM DID NOT LOCK!!!!

A little small Bathroom for bigger person. room close street so was hard to have a nap afternoon but in night was fine. Both of this things I was okay with so I may back here

Room was big and had a kitchen part. Everything very clean. Tea, Cofee, sugar and shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner in price. Short walk to city centre. In this price I was thinking it will be worse. If I will be need a room in Edinburgh again I'll think about that one on the top.
