An unattended property, with a code-lock access. Was sent a text with access code and room allocation. Access code was incorrect (it eventually transpired it was the wrong code - eventually sorted). Room allocated to me was inaccessible, eventually given a different room.

Easy access to the motorway.

Place needs a deep clean and some TLC. Snail or slug trails on carpet next to bed? No soap or toiletries. Was a bit of a hard job trying to get into the property at first as no one answered the door or the phone.

Lovely old house. Nice and spacious, free parking. Host very helpful over the phone once we made contact.

I did mention that I need parking for a car, And There was off the road parking. They have kitchen area with was quite handy…. used for making tea/ coffee, microwave , oven & washing are also in the Kitchen for guests to use. 👍

Nobody there on my arrival rather a musty smell and room smelt heavily of smoke and had to wait for staff to arrive to get my room ready eg. Arriving with bedding to prepare room at least it was all clean as a positive bathroom not the cleanest no plug in wash basin and good job I took a toilet roll with me

Very dated property, room has a beer running the lenght of the room in the middle which meant you had to bend your body to the side to get past 2 beds banged head multiple times and room smelled of stale urine like an old folks home bases of beds were all torn and stained...

Room was too warm and noise from main rd made it impossible to sleep. Did ask owner for a fan No tea/ coffee facilities in room. Shared toilet,shower Hot water had been turned off in wash basins. No light bulb in bedroom. Blood on door and skirting board

Great location to Cleckheaton. Cleaning lady was lovely and very helpful.

2 holes in door. Didn't need a code after leaving my room, so lock wasn't working. No staff on premises. Resident in room next door banging on wall. Came to my door and intimidated me. Smelt of drink and drugs. Had to call the police

the carpets throughout the place was dirty the toilet seat was broken my room looked like a storage room no tea making facilities in room there was no parking as advertised i had to park in a street there was a hole in the ceiling above my bed the price was far to much for what it was. i will not be staying here again.

Other guests, dilapidated venue, drafty windows, no staff at hotel, coded locks for entry, two TVs in room that did not work, did not feel safe leaving items in room during day, grateful cad was not stolen or broken into each morning.

we actually left a day early, as we had no shower, as the drain was blocked and couldn’t change the temperature, so it was scolding hot. small things like only having 3 hand towels and one small bath towel between 3 of us wasn’t good. no hand soap. 1 toilet roll for a 2 night stay. there was 2 tvs in the room, neither one of them worked. there was no private parking on site, as the driveway was owned by someone else.

Poor access into property - 9 mob calls and hour before entrance gai ed Dirty floor of shower. Non working sink plug. Towel was shredded on the edge. Pillow covers! TV would not operate. Moved out after one night. Request(ed) 3 days compensation - no response. Found other accommodation.
