Really lovely manager and house keeping team. So friendly. Went out of their way to look after us. Easy to get into town on foot, tram or £12 home in taxi at night. Lovely sea view from my room.

Very dated hotel, no facilities for relaxing. Bar not open and looked very limited if it did open. Really needs some work, paintwork and carpets are in great need of some care.

Room was very clean, comfy bed, and hot shower. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, also very good with advice about local attractions and transport. We feel the hotel was very good value for money and would definitely stay there again if we visit Blackpool at any time in the future.

Their was not a thing that I didn't like was perfect for everything and tram car stop is only five minutes walk from hotel

Hi I got moved to different hotel due to having no staff for the Wednesday and Thursday due to them going down to London to pay their respects to her majesty the Queen wich is understanding so Steve asked me nicely if a would like to go to Royal Hotel wich I did and stayed the five nights at the Royal instead of the waldorof a loved my time at the Royal staff were brilliant Claire their could not make you feel any more at home was amazing not a bad thing to say about Royal Hotel would recommend it to any couples or family was made to feel so welcome in Royal Hotel going to go back again as soon as I can thank you to everybody at Royal Hotel

Renovations needed on the 3rd floor mostly but work is going on; so.....all is good.

Location is great, very close to transport, eateries and the beach. The cleaners are wonderful people always ready to help and see to your needs. Steve is great. Ready to help and give very valuable information that made the visit both pleasant and cost effective. Staying at Waldorf felt like visiting your happy place. Anyone needs recuperating, healing, chilling or just down time please choose Waldorf. You will leave feeling renewed, refreshed and re-energized.

1) One member of staff for our whole stay. 2) The sarcastic rude laminate signs always threatening about charges. One even charging £85 for getting make up on covers 3) had a faulty door key but didn’t see the staff for 4 days. 4) it said no breakfast but when we arrived it says there was but it didn’t. 5) dirty and poorly kept chewing gum hanging down off the bunk beds. 6) the bar was never opened or in use at anytime. 7) rude/blunt/unhelpful it is obvious only interested in money

The front doors were difficult to open, no one on reception most of the time, a vicious dog on the property, the back of the property looked derelict, there was cracked glass in a door, the walls were really thin, the floors creaked so you could here those upstairs walking about, the lights had flies in them, there was paper peeling from the ceiling in the shower room, the shower head had to be wedged up, the shower door didn't shut properly, the toilet seat was loose, the view from the window was of toilet waste pipes
