We had a wonderful stay at this property. We booked two rooms that were clean and spacious. The property is located near restaurants,there were a lot of options for us. The parking was just at the side of the property which was very convenient. The check-in was smooth and the host communicated with us in advance to give instructions with regards to check-in/out and parking.

This is my 2nd stay in the Warren. I love the no nonsense check in/out. Decorated beautifully and very spacious.

The the room didn’t accommodate suitcases and I should have requested a room on a lower floor. Once up there and sorted it was fine.

Very clean; well organised: attention to detail; kitchen well serviced; great to have dryer.

second bed could be a double and not a single as the room is big enough for sure. Street a bit noisy we were in front room but not a huge issue.

The rooms weren't very soundproof. I could hear the other rooms quite clearly. Still slept great, though.

The self check in service was a nice little addition. The rooms were clean and warm, and I loved the bathtub. Plus, there was a great selection for breakfast. All self-service. Great location.

Everything was perfect

The room was huge and beautifully decorated. Self check-in instructions were super simple. It's a great location to explore Belfast- we were able to walk everywhere. Highly recommend!

Blinds were Elecric and had small holes in them, not black out , which meant the room was very bright very early!

Great location, clear details texted over before we arrived explaining how we could access the building and car parking arranged for a fee. No check in but access to building via a keypad with keys easily located in the hallway. Very quiet at night, easy walk to Darcy Restaurant for dinner

Better breakfast selection and better quality goods would be good. Also the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied and the TV remote control was quite grubby. View from room was apparently a 'mountain view' but it was a little bit of mountain between two buildings, a car park and a pizza place - so a little misleading!

Breakfast- was good to have proper ground coffee and cafetieres! Room and bathroom were beautifully decorated - very elegant and tasteful style. Location was perfect for me

A small thing but the size of the cups in the room - too small. If not mugs, cups need to be a decent size otherwise a pleasant ritual is over before you've even started.

I liked the kitchen. The casual unfussy lighting but even more so the fact that it was unlocked and I could help myself to a snack & a cuppa between sightseeing or whenever the mood took me. We were in The Belfast Room, which was just the right size. Finally, nearly everywhere we wanted to visit was within walking distance. That was another plus.

Beautiful place. Gluten free and dairy free accommodated for breakfast . Easy find and safe car parking outside. Loads of food options around within walking distance. Place was so clean, excellently furnished. Very Happy with our stay.

When I've paid for B & B ,but I still had to pay to park on the landlords carpark. I feel it should have been included.

Great size room. Tea station in your room. More teabags in the kitchen if required. Very comfortable beds Rooms must be soundproof as we thought we were on our own but then met people at breakfast. DIY breakfast , eat as little or as much as you want. It was all there. Cereal fruit eggs bread bagels. The town centre is 10 to 15 mins walk away

We were 3 people staying in a shared room and it was very comfortable and spacious. The decor was really pretty and it felt unique and special. The accommodation is not staffed, but you can ring them if you need something. We had to call to use the left luggage room, which was easy and convenient to do. The breakfast is self-service in a shared kitchen, there's a good selection and we enjoyed this. You can walk into the city centre, and there are plenty of bars and food places nearby to the Warren.
