Wifi in the hotel was awful. We have stayed here twice now as the location is good, however the Wifi could do with upgrading as it is hard to get it in the rooms so when travelling for work it is hard to connect laptop or even phone when we need to work.

room was standard, it is nice to have the use of the spa, however when travelling for work we do not always get to use it. The restaurant food is great. restaurant staff are good too. process is easy to check in and out. Lovely location, large carpark. Comfortable beds and pillows. nice hot shower in the morning!

The noise in the dining bar lounge. Staff where so noisy cleaning cutlery, should have been dried and put away in the kitchen.

There should be a fridge in the room especially for families with young children. No towel was supplied for the baby but I am sure this would have been provided on request.

Breakfast was great and we were served by a lady called Saima who was an absolute treasure! Due to our little one, we arrived at breakfast late and she still accommodated us and waited for us to finish (I even had to breastfeed and she happily waited and allowed me to enjoy my food). She kept the breakfast area spotless and was always on hand to assist.

the room was almost pitch black at night apart from 2 bright green lights from the air con machine. we had to use our clothes to cover the lights so that the room was dark,

we went for a get away night me and my friend, we went early and our room was ready for us. we went to the gym which was great. we had never used electric gym machines before so that was cool, we went swimming after and spent a few hours in the hot tub, pool, sauna and steam room, everyone was very friendly.

Staff told us there were no floodlights in the car park that shone into hotel rooms... there were and were on all night. Fan/extractor in the bathroom was permanentlg on (designed to be that way) noisy and environmentally a disgrace. No toilet brush.

Gluten free options were very limited in the restaurant - I could only have one thing because they'd run out of GF pizza dough. Breakfast didn't look amazing for the price, so we skipped that and just had a coffee in the club bar instead.

Great room, friendly staff, very good facilities - electric car charging worked well. Nice to be able to use the spa in the morning. Friendly restaurant service, convenient for motorway but not too close. We enjoyed a walk on the golf course in the evening.

WiFi is very flaky, had to ring to get it reset twice in one day, was unusable otherwise, and no phone service so couldn't even hotspot. Also no fridge in the room

Through no fault of the hotel there was a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms however I think hotel staff intervened.

I thought the main dining room was cold as in aesthetically, the cafe area was a bit better for this vibe. A better intro for guests who have never stayed at this hotel.

Food a little expensive for what it is, not all your guests are wealthy golfers but do like a comfortable environment.

Not much to say here! Pool was very busy, but that is to be expected at particular times. Drinks prices a touch high in the restaurant?

The main pool is not really part of the hotel, it seems more for the health club. There is a schedule, and sometimes we couldn't use it. Club members are very jealousy of their facilities, so they would kick us out of the pool if we are out of schedule. Some of them were kind of rude (not hotel's fault of course). The lifeguards were polite all the time. The kids pools are open until 7pm, and they are available all the time, but they are kind of small, considering parents want to enjoy the pool also. One thing I think is a mistake is that the access to all pools, including kid's, is only through the shower/changing rooms. And obviously they are two, one for women and one for men. If I had gone alone with my 6yo daughter, I would have to take her with me through the men's changing room, and she would be exposed to a lot of naked men. So, if for some reason I go on holidays alone with my daughter, this will not be the place.

The staff is very friendly. All of them. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Lot of parking space.

Unfortunately the shower didn’t work nor one of bedside reading lights. Had to wait for hot breakfast food to be replenished, had to wait for eggs on both days so there was bit of queue, some of guest wouldn’t wait for eggs and walked off.

Very popular with locals using the pool and leisure centre so more functional than comfortable and as a result a little bit soulless.
