We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We stayed there as had a Wedding at Loch Venacher. Really friendly staff, good food. Comfortable room and beds. Plenty parking. Would stay here again

The staff were fantastic can't fault them whatsoever. The hotel was comfortable. The bar / breakfast area are well decorated The selection at breakfast was good.

United KingdomHotel bar closed at 10:30pm and we arrived back from an event at 11pm. Would've been nice to have a drink in the bar however the hotel was in darkness.
Excellent breakfast. Good selection and quality of food was lovely. We had dinner here too and the meals were fabulous. Lovely friendly staff. So helpful. Rooms were a good size and reasonably comfortable bed. Good powerful shower and supplied shower gel.
