We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomI didn't do my homework properly and didn't realise the apartment was on the first floor and my elderly dog couldn't manage the stairs so had to carry him up and down each time but my mistake and it didn't spoil my few days there.
The area was beautiful 😍 very peaceful. My apartment was lovely, clean, warm and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and food was excellent. Boscastle was a very friendly and welcoming village especially with my dog, Milo.

Comfy room with old beams and the staff was so very kind and helpful I got in on a rainy day and they set me up with twa before a roaring fire until my room was ready. Very comfortable bed and lots of lovely breakfast choices.
