Excellent location., very handy for the town. Breakfast was excellent ! Cooked lovely and plenty of choices and nice ambience ! Bedroom was nice and cosy and quiet, and we had everything you needed.

The mattress was uncomfortable, could feel all the , otherwise a very nice room.

Would recommend booking a room overlooking the park. Nothing to dislike.

The hotel was in a great location and fantastic value for money. The breakfast was first class and the staff cheerful and helpful. The accommodation was homely rather than modern though clean and comfortable. We definitely intend to stay again.

The decor was a little bit tired and a bit sloppy ( paintwork.carelessly applied).

Breakfast beautiful and waitress very friendly and chatty. Plenty of choice and happy to accommodate preferences. Location perfect for Opera House and very pleasant at side of Pavillion Gardens, we used both.

Excellent location- walking distance to the Opera House, crescent, restaurants and pubs. Located opposite the beautiful pavilion gardens. The breakfast was good, Sharon was friendly and helpful. Free parking was also an added bonus.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Handy for the Opera House, less than 10 mins walk through the Pavillion Gardens. The breakfast was very good and the staff very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay again when next in the area.

At check in the card machine wasn't accepting valid cards but fortunately we are " old school " and I had enough cash to pay. Buxton town seemed to have a problem too as the first two ATM's were out of order but Barclays cashpoint was working. The people in the room next door were watching TV till 2.30 in the morning and the geese in the park were quite vocal during the night but both beyond the control of the hotel.

Bedroom and bathroom were very clean and well equipped. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was made to order and cooked and presented to a professional standard, with a good choice of cereals, fruits etc.

I think if the bathroom had an upgrade and a dressing mirror / table in the main room was added, the hotel could be so much better but we had a lovely stay there and would recommend. I think they could definitely charge more than the rate we paid even without those changes.

Hotel is in an amazing location and is excellent value for money! Room was large with a comfortable bed and great view. Breakfast included was a bonus and was decent. Free car parking on site was also an added bonus.

Room was spotless, comfortable bed, breakfast very good, staff were professional and friendly. Location was excellent, short walk to the town centre, easy access to shops, bars, restaurants etc. We have stayed at the Westminster before, and will return.

If I was being picky, could have more comfy chairs to sit on to watch TV or look out at the fab view.

Fabulous location, spotlessly clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. 5min walk to the nearest place to eat or drink through the beautiful park.
