Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomSecond double bedroom didn’t have anywhere to unpack and instead of providing a chest of drawers there was what looked like a dog basket and a large cheese plant taking up the limited floor space. We were there for 6 nights so this was a nuisance.

Beautifully finished apartment close to Warwick town centre. Lovely little touches like a bottle of wine for arrival and plenty of fresh towels. Would stay again.

United KingdomNice large modern flat - it has been beautifully decorated but there are a few tiny bits that have been missed. Some of the cutlery and cups were slightly dirty upon arrival, but nothing a quick wash didn't sort. Parking space was ideal as there was limited space for any additional vehicles. The details provided to find the flat were a little confusing, but we managed! It is a second floor flat, so not great for access but suited us fine. Had everything we needed for a weekend away, and it was about a 15-minute walk to Warwick City Centre. Would recommend.

Not much to not like. Really lovely apartment that was clean, spacious and well appointed. Location was good, only 10 minutes walk into Central Warwick. Surprising quiet and easy access to the canal if you like walking/running along the tow path. Broadband worked well. We would definitely stay again next time we are in the area. The host Tina was really helpful.

United KingdomThe main bathroom door opening is restricted by a stopper and I didn't realise and the door bounces back quite fast so just need to pay attention to that on first use.
The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfy sofa, with plenty of room for 4 and a large coffee table and small dining table. Kitchen had everything you need, including some tea, coffee, coffee machine and there was a lovely welcome pack of crips, biscuits and wine. Bedrooms spacious and bathroom and ensuite really good, including toiletries. The host Tina really had thought of everything and when we had an issue during our stay she went out of her way to resolve it quickly. Parking is easy, 1 dedicated space and room on road for a 2nd car and the space can be seen from the apartment for peace of mind. Located in a really quiet area but just a few minutes drive into Warwick. Perfect stay.
