The road is busy, so you will hear some morning traffic.

Food was delicious. Breakfast exceptional, value and quality of produce. Staff were friendly and attentive.

The parking was very restrictive (not many spaces and very tight), so I had to park on the street, which was fine, but not preferable as I prefer to be off the road (although it's not a busy road).

The room was lovely and the breakfast and evening meal were of a very high quality.

There seemed to be some confusion around what room we were meant to be in when we arrived which wasn't the most welcoming - my wife even questioned if I'd booked the right pub! The room was not as luxurious as I was hoping having booked the deluxe room with premium price tag. The room was small, no desk, no storage for clothes, no full length mirror and no light over the sink. The TV was a smart TV but wasn't able to be connected to the WiFi to watch netflix etc. Also there was bare filler on the wall which hadn't been painted. All of these small things left me feeling a bit disappointed, however overall we had a good stay.

The staff on the B&B side were very friendly. The food in the pub was really good. The room was very clean. The toiletries smelt lovely. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Our dog was made very welcome with a doggy welcome pack, bed and water bowl. We were also gifted a bottle of British sparkling wine to help celebrate a birthday which was a sweet touch. The pub is in a great location and has a really nice terraced garden, Northleach is a nice village and you are close to Burton on the Water and The Slaughters and the surrounding Cotswolds.

Wonderful staff, well appointed rooms, the roll top bath in the bedroom is a highlight! Sadly the hotel had water pump issues during our stay, but we were given a very good discount to compensate. We would come back! Breakfast is also fantastic!!

The WiFi was really not good. I couldn’t download the newspaper on my iPad and it kept breaking. TV was not a smart TV .

Nothing to do with the premise. It just due to summer weather and heatwave made the room warmer. and single fan was not enough to cool the room quickly. other than this , it was superb

The location is strategically located in little village of Northleach which was peaceful and quiet.. The staffs were polite, friendly and attentive to your request. The food served here were good. I ordered room with breakfast which was nice and worth the money. The amenities here was really good too..

The wifi connection wasn’t always consistent

This was my second stay at the Wheatsheaf and I loved it just as much the second time around! Creative menu, helpful and professional staff, good location for touring Cotswold villages, comfortable room and great bed.

As a relatively early riser, I missed having tea & coffee making facilities in my room, especially when you couldn’t even order a coffee from downstairs until after 8:00am! I had to go to the local coffee to get one. Not a happy bunny…
