Location was nice, no too central, close to the pier and bus stops. Loved a variety of complimentary teas in the room.

Was at top of stairs with a 9 yr old. Our legs were aching to get to top after walking to town for 15 mins each way

The power sockets were USB only, so you couldn't charge a device that doesn't have a USB cable charger e.g. my laptop couldn't be charged in the room.

The room was small but cosy, with a nice view. It was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. There was a shower and sink in the room.

The room was a little smaller than expected, but we had enough space to walk around the side of the bed. It was a bit stuffy at night so we had to open the window slightly.

The check-in process was straightforward, and the room was very clean. It was pretty quiet once closing the window. The location was great, both close to the bus stop and beach.

The soundproofing of the room is not very good, we could hear people upstairs talking and walking, and there was no shampoo provided.

Couldn't say anything negative as I've stayed in lots of hotels and guesthouses, so in comparison, I can distinguish Whitehouse as top-notch,very professionally done. Beautiful accommodation in Bonnie Brighton, very charming, charismatic, and very stylish. Thanks for making me so welcome. Ille certainly rebook to stay at Whitehouse Guesthouse again . Location was perfect and communication about entry was excellent! Had to call to get into the property at 11 at night and the owner answered straight away and was able to assist! Excellent stay and would highly recommend!

Everything was just great and would recommend to that this hotel is the best location and very clean with such good staff and they know all the best tourist spots to visit they were so friendly and helpful , also I booked wrong dates and the owner Omry was so accommodating and we so so lucky to spend an extra night , THANKS ♥️

Lovely little room, cosy, warm, and had everything we needed. Quiet area and great location to town, 15 minute walk. Narrow stairs with no lift, so just be aware of how much luggage you have to carry if on top floor! Owner on hand if you need anything.

Bathroom window didn’t lock and 2 lights out in the bathroom. Bulbs on windowsill so guessing just an oversight. Children upstairs running around from 7.30 in the morning (not your fault I understand that)

Nice and clean. Towels a good size and nice to have toiletries available to use. Welcome chocolate a nice touch and having a small fridge good.

The room was very comfortable had everything I needed both the bed linen and towels were good quality, and the room was immaculately clean complimentary toiletries was a nice touch The owner was very helpful and I liked the doorlock arrangement, hotel was near the RSCH And as I was visiting every day the location was perfect when not busy I could wander around the interesting streets of Brighton kempton or heading to the pier only took 15 minutes , it was a great location for me and it couldn't have been better.i hope to return

The shared toilet is on the very small side but perfectly suitable for us as we only spent the nights there and left early in the mornings each day.

The room was lovely and bright, I had a lovely view of the sea from the third floor and I found it very clear and clean. The products provided were lovely quality and the bath robe was a nice bonus. I found the room slightly cold in the mornings but it was February on the sea front. Had a very nice courtesy call on our day of arrival just confirming we didn’t need any extra information and I would happily stay there again.
