Great location five minute taxi to Brighton city centre. Easy key collection from lock box and modern decor and amenities. We only stayed one night but would be good for more day if visiting Brighton.

It was only from previous reviews that explained that the property was behind the GP surgery that we were able to find it so easily.

The property was easy to access with instructions from the owner on the day. The beds were comfortable, the property was exceptionally clean and tidy and although the house is compact it had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. The single beds were convenient for a girls only stay.

If you are intending to cook make sure you bring everything you need with you as there is nothing in the property except tea and coffee. As mentioned in an earlier review there were no hand towels in either bathroom, a message to the owner and some were dropped off the next day. It may be helpful to say the property has been built in what would have been the garden of number 40 Wilbury Road which is a doctor’s practice and the door to 40A is actually on Eaton Road.

Location was great for what we needed. The property is almost brand new and everything was clean and bright.

Kitchen could be slightly better equipped but if you are not eating in, it is very adequate.

The cleaning wasn’t up to my standards & I had to wipe down surfaces in the kitchen on arrival as they look like the cleaners didn’t do this before we checked in. The windows were dirty inside & fingerprints all over them in most rooms. I did give this feedback to the owner on departure. It would of been nice if the courtyard had had a small bistro table & chairs to enjoy the sunshine as it was a lovely little suntrap in the courtyard.

Fell in Love with this lovely little house. Loved the modern feel to it, all the mirrors around the house & gorgeous bathroom with a big bath. In a nice location in Hove, about a 15 minute walk into Brighton. Can’t wait to go back !!

Beds were very wobbly, one of the bunk beds felt like it would break if two people slept on it. Only one mug in the whole property, we had to take it in turns to have a coffee in the morning. Did text the host about this on our first day but didn’t get a reply. There were no hand towels or mats on the floor in the bathrooms, so a slip hazard when getting out of the shower. Only one towel per person, so had to use for body and hair. Had to sacrifice one of our beach towels to use on the floor of the bathroom so no one slipped over.

All modern, could tell a lot of it was brand new because the tags were still on! It was a good location

Everything - Staines over the bed. Missing furniture. No free parking. Not enough space to accommodate the amount of people we booked for. Once we messaged the host to question everything they did not respond.

Hurrendous plug sockets hanging off the wall wires handing out of heaters bed collapse no pillow cases no holder for shower! Electrical tape taping the fire alarm together windows all cracked when there closed feels like there open! And homeless people sleeping on your door step literally stepping over them to get out the house

Absolutely nothing we had the property booked and then on the way to Brighton they cancelled it and put us in a hurrendous place sure this is some sort of scam that they do to get the place they put us in rented out cause surely no one would pay to go there! We went to the other location and there were people there even though we payed for it in January! 3 months previous to the date we was going!

I normally don't write reviews. The property wasn't clean. I booked this property because of the facilities stated there is an air-condition in the property.The landlord/owners are scammers and liars .No aircondition is in the property. I tried several times to contact number in booking.com, but they answered and hung up the phone on me .Beware of this landlord and his property. He is a liar .Advertised pictures are not real .The pictures on booking.com are not what u will see.BEWARE of this property . He sent me a message begging to give 5 star so people can patronise him . BEWARE AGAIN

Had not been cleaned properly, dirty sheet left on bed, cobwebs and furniture was very wobbly to the point of one of beds being unusable. Lots of nails in walls where pictures etc should have been hanging. I contacted the owner who thanked me for bringing it to their attention.

Parking is a nightmare in Brighton but discovered you can park in the middle of the avenues for £5 a day right next to the apartment all arranged by phone it was tricky to find but instructions were useful it is behind the doctors surgery not on the front street as expected

Shard of glass left on the floor inside and in the courtyard of the property. No acknowledgment from the owner when I contacted them. Completely unacceptable when I had young children running around.
